Perfect Home

We are four women and enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house while visiting theme parks for the week. Uber was average $50 return trip. Well worth the savings and hassle of car rental. We also paid for the pool and sauna to be heated and enjoyed the outdoor facility as well. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to and from Disney parks.

House has lots of space. Please be aware the hot tub will not be hot unless you pay an additional fee and let them know in advance. I was unaware of this and booked for use of pool and hot tub and was not able to use either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

It's a very nice house with one major drawback.

The house was very clean, had plenty of room for 6 adults and was mostly well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the games room useful. It's showing some signs of age in things like the kitchen and bathrooms, but not in any significant way. Bizarrely none of the kitchen or bathroom cupboards have handles on them! With good traffic you can be in Disney in 15 to 20 minutes but watch out for delays on 192 as it can add significant time. The major drawback with this house is its close proximity to a busy toll road. This is not clear on either the map or description and only becomes clear once you have the exact location. As a result, it's not exactly relaxing by the pool. In the kitchen, we suggest a lot more glasses, we ran out often. Overall, it served It's purpose and was comfortable for a week.

This property is in the perfect location. Easy access to Disney World, shopping and restaurants. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. House is cute and spacious. We were 6 people and had plenty of room. You can not go wrong with booking this property.

Ants everywhere, over 100 bug bites caused by possible Chiggers in our room. Miserable week with intense itching. Feel like I should’ve been reimbursed more for the hassle. Ended up going to the dr to be treated for the bites when they worsened 7 days in. Dr visit and 4 medications later...probably won’t ever stay again.

Convince but old

Great location generally clean, but bugs and lizards inside the house. The bathrooms had mildew and grime. Pool had a grid on the bottom that was off creating an entrapment feature and having to pay extra for the use of the bubble feature was excessive. At the end of the day it was clean enough for sleeping, eating, and gathering, and you can't beat the location and cost.

So convenient and well layed out for the 10 of us.

It was so easy and convenient for all of us. The place was perfect for the kids and the pool was an added bonus for us all. If there was anything negative it would be the sticking doors and lack of overhead lights...otherwise, GREAT!
