Pool and spa heat is an additional cost, and it works from the same heating system, So you can't have one without the other. This would have been on the listing when booked and emailed. Due to an unexpected maintenance issue that arose shortly before arrival, we proactively relocated your reservation to ensure you and your family were accommodated without disruption during the busy Christmas period. While these situations are rare, guest safety and comfort are always our top priority. We were glad to be able to offer an alternative property nearby along with a partial refund, rather than risk your stay being canceled altogether. Regarding location: for security and privacy reasons, VRBO listings display a general area rather than an exact address. This is standard practice. Once a booking is confirmed, we provide full location details. Concerning the spa, we were only informed of this issue on the morning of checkout. Had we been notified earlier, we would have immediately addressed it, as we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay. We regret that this experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially during a holiday vacation, and we appreciate your understanding in working with us during an unexpected situation.
