Enjoy the beautiful tropical resort-like landscape in your backyard oasis! While soaking up the sun, lounge by the recent REMODEL mini pebble tech Pool and Jacuzzi. For our chilly desert nights, heated Pool and Jacuzzi are available at an additional $50 a day to heat the pool and $25 a night to heat the spa, as you won’t want to miss Arizona’s colorful one-of-a-kind sunsets. This property lies along the golf course which is a unique quality that sets this property apart from other rentals. This home has a gas grill for those nights you'd rather not make a mess in the fully equipped kitchen, and you can dine in the open air at the patio dining table. This home is great for entertaining guest of any size.

Explore this Goodyear area and its delightful spots to eat and drink, local shops, art galleries, museums, and more! If you're in town for spring training, football, or attempting your next hole-in-one on Arizona's world-famous golf courses. This home has quick freeway access. Countless places for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking, you won’t run out of adventures in the great outdoors during your stay!

Please note that parties are not allowed in this home. If you throw a party, have more people in the home than scheduled, or receive noise complaints between 9pm and 9am, you will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds. Fabulous!

This house has everything you need and more. Our family of 5 (varying ages) had a wonderful time in this beautifully kept home. It was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with all the necessities (pots, pans, tableware, towels, etc.) but there were some really nice extras such as video games, board games, shampoo and cleaning supplies. It is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Home away from home with my family for Thanksgiving ♥

Property was amazing. My children and I really enjoyed ourselves. Host always responded in a timely manner with questions and concerns. Pool heating time was adjusted and my family enjoyed it. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an additional night.

Great Property

House came exactly as advertised along with a great backyard. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures which we utilized even on the cooler days. Beds were all super comfortable and house is very well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Phoenix Spring Break

Have been to Phoenix many times and know the area, the house was a great location for where we wanted to be. Definitely loved that we paid for the heated pool and hot tub, we used it a ton. Beds were super comfortable, had plenty of extra kitchen and bath supplies so didn’t have to rush to the store right away, which was so kind and appreciated.The bathroom towels were also super thick and plush.

We stayed for a couple of weeks. Very clean, great shape, great view, great location. Everything we needed was there. From hand soap to laundry soap. Plenty of towels and sheets. Just as described!

Our quick trip to Phoenix was made very enjoyable by such a relaxing stay at Andrea's. Communication was prompt and reliable. The house was very clean and had a wonderful, welcoming feel. Lots to keep everyone entertained with all the fine details. The pool and hot tub were a great addition after a long day on our feet. Room for family and friends at such a reasonable price. Super easy for transportation services to access and close enough to walk to the coffee shop and yet far enough removed from the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, our experience with this property was not a positive one. The inside of the home was not clean. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, master shower had hair in it, carpet was filthy. We were not happy with this property, especially for the price.

Great location, great pool, great house!

Rented this location for a girls trip and wow did we enjoy it. It was perfect! Location was great as we wanted to visit Sedona and go down to Tombstone. The house was spotless with plenty of room for all 5 of us. And the pool, amazing we didn’t spend enough time it. Neighbor hood was quiet and relaxing. Was thankful they supplied coffee, as we forgot to stop on the way and get some. We made some fun cocktails using limes from the lime tree in the back, we all thought that was fun. Also had a Nintendo, well us moms had a blast playing Mario and being kids ourselves. We can’t wait to come back!

Great home!

This is a really nice place. Very quiet nice neighborhood! Even though it sits on a golf course fairway the backyard and pool is pretty private. The fairway is on the other side of a berm so golfers are very rarely seen. House is very clean and well stocked! Plenty of sheets, towels(bath and beach), extra pillows and blankets and a very well stocked kitchen.
