Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the beginning date listed. Arriving early, you can precheck-in and receive pool bands and enjoy the property until your condo is ready.
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure but you are welcome to use all the amenities

● ONE parking space per reservation.
● Views/Room placements are not guaranteed.
● You are NOT REQUIRED to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.
● Since this is a timeshare condo there is not daily maid service to your condo.
● There are NO other hidden fees or taxes.
● Payment must be made in full immediately.
● You must be 21 or older and have a major credit card to check in.
● A $150-$250 deposit hold for incidentals will be placed on the credit card which will be released after check-out, but nothing will be charged, unless there is a damage to Resort property.
● All of the units are generally furnished in the same manner as depicted in the pictures.
● The actual condo is assigned upon check-in and the views can vary from the photos.
● Ask us about other dates.
● All sales are FINAL and non-refundable.
● Guests are expected to comply with all resort policies. Failure to do so will result in fines and or loss of reservation.

The Next Steps:
Upon successful payment of listed price:
● Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and contact information for the Guest. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be emailed within 3-5 business days.

● The confirmation letter that we email within 1-3 business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate is NOT sent out in USPS by mail. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, before contacting us.

● The reservation can ONLY be in one person's name and that is the person that MUST check in. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $129. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
