It features 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, sleeps up to 7 but 5 or 6 guests would be more comfortable due to the size of the unit. There is private parking in our yard. Some of the features for this unit include: semi-private yard (shared with upper unit), full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower, backyard grill, flat smart screen TV's in every room, Keurig, stainless appliances, and front porch with resort style comfy chairs.
Other Things to Note:
July and August rentals run Friday-Friday due to the cleaning schedule.
