We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the ultimate last hurrah before school started, and being dog-friendly meant our two pups got to join in on the fun, too. Between the great amenities and the convenient distance to the beaches and dining spots, everything was effortless and relaxing. Highly recommend!

House was very nice but inside doors are narrow so not handicapped friendly at all. Should be disclosed in the description so others will not struggle with this. Steps out to the dock were high so it really needs at least 1 or 2 steps to go down there. Golf cart was very rickety and sounds like it needs some work. Resort is beautiful and we did enjoy the stay just struggled from to doors not accessible to the bathroom mainly and it resulted in a couple of falls. Outdoor furniture needs updating and walkway was very uneven around the house, so not walker friendly. If you don't have any physical limitations then the house is a great place to stay with beautiful view out the back.

Wonderful stay!

This home is lovely - spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed to feel like home away from home. Also loved having a golf cart to get to the beach and around the Sandestin community.

New Years Stay

We stay in Sandestin at least once a year and feel this may be one of the best properties we have ever stayed out. Clean, updated, easy to get to, and comfortable rooms for everyone. We were very pleased.

Nice place with great privacy

Fun time, catch and release fishing was great in the adjacent lake. Right on Links golf course. Highly recommend

Johnson Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the place with a few exceptions: The deck was beautiful, but the furniture was very old and outdated. The neighbors on both sides had very nice furniture in comparison. The floors were very dirty and we had to vacuum mop when we arrived. also, the golf cart was very old and the far back set belts didn't work. Not a great look if you have childred, which we did.

Awesome condo!

Our stay was amazing! We found the location to be perfect! The golf cart was ideal for getting around to the beach, village, and the store. Management was very accommodating with timely responses. We definitely recommend his listing and would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this house! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for exploring. Also dog friendly. Very easy to get to the shops at grand boulevard and Baytown wharf (without getting on 98!) Great place to spend to spend time with our family!

Beautiful Rental

This was one of my favorite vacations in a long time. The house was beautiful. Very spacious for everyone. Nice deck to hang out and grill in the evening times. Very kid friendly. With just a short trip to the beach. Definitely would come back and recommend to rent.

We enjoyed our visit

Enjoyed stayed here, everything was as described. Loved the location, the pools and beach were fairly easy to get to. The golf cart is a huge help, wouldn’t have enjoyed as much without it. Loved being able to take it to the beach, the pools and even the stores. My suggestions would be to map that out somehow, how and where to find places. We figured it out pretty quickly. Also, really need to invest in a couple non stick pots and pans if anyone is to do much cooking. Beautiful, clean place overall and would stay again. Also loved looking at all the turtles out back.

Review

The house was a great size for our group, the AC stopped working, but the response time and repair was impressive. The bugs are horrible out back on the deck, we had at least 50 in the house at all times no matter how quick we were with the door. The private beach description was misleading, and there were no directions for the pools or what we needed to use to get into them. Also because there are no trash cans, you put the trash bags by the street and had to clean it up because animals got into it.

Very nice but…watch wording.

This was a great area and a very nice property as far as cleanliness, decor and what was provided in the rental but there was a big issue with the electrical system in the rental which could have been really bad, as it could have resulted in a fire! We were lucky we noticed this quickly and the property manager did send an electrician the next day. So their quick response was appreciated. The ice maker in the refrigerator also did not work but we dealt with it. There was some confusion over what amenities at the resort were provided to us at a reduced cost. They are NOT included because we booked through this site rather than directly and I feel this should have been more clearly stated. “ Having access” gives the impression that you would receive the reduced rate as a guest because you are such….a guest. But this is not the case as we later found out. The pool that was closest to us as was under construction , therefore not available til at least June which was also not made known in the listing. Nonetheless, the resort area is very beautiful and there is a lot to do that is only a golf cart away. I would definitely consider going back to Sandestin resort but would perhaps book directly to receive reduced rates to golf and use the fitness center.

The electrical breaker did exactly as it was suppose to do, fault or disengage electricity when an issue arises. The outlet failed and caused the breaker to shut off. Our team was able to get it fixed promptly. We apologize for any confusion on "having access" to amenities but it's not described as discounted or reduced rates in the listing or our website. We are available to answer any questions guests may have. The Linkside Pool began reconstruction after booking your reservation. We removed the information from the listing early March prior to your arrival. The other resort pool, Phil Hummel Aquatic Center, is available and open to all resort guests.
