o Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in this 1-bedroom studio located along the Coconut Coast. This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island.

You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

This place was perfect for two. It was exactly as advertised and we were thrilled. It was precisely 40 strides from the door of our ground-floor unit to the sandy beach, (I counted) and the view from the beach chairs there were spectacular. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty of fans. We never even needed the air conditioning unit. The refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and the provided dishes and utensils allowed us to make many of our own meals in the room, which saved us a lot of money. The convenience of having the grocery store and a Ross directly across the street was amazing. And the Lemongrass Grill restaurant directly actually the street from the driveway was delicious. I hope to stay here again in the future.

There's lots of restaurants, shops, and conveniences just a few minutes away. Since this unit is at a central location and is also part of a condo complex, there can be some potential for noise as this listing is not a single family home in a private neighborhood. But the beach is just around the building with easy access to the famous royal coconut coast trail overlooking the beautiful ocean at an unbeatable cost. Nice Small Place

It is a nice small studio for the price, especially on Kauai. It is right on the ocean, so you can take the small 500 ft walk back, and the ocean is right there, which is beautiful. The place was well-kept and we didn't have issues. The wifi may cut out on your phone sometimes, but it's most likely due to being so close to the ocean, and it didn't happen enough to be a big issue. Overall, would stay again.

Excellent location, Great stay!

Big spacious bed, simple accommodations. Perfect for those who want to get out and see the island, centrally located so the west side or the north shore are roughly the same distance. Place was clean and Dave was extremely accommodating! Plan on staying again in the future!

Very convenient location

Very convenient location you can go to both sides of the island in a short amount of time and I had restaurants grocery stores just a couple feet away from the location and David was so helpful
