Spend your day enjoying the shopping, restaurants, lounging by the multiple heated pools, the club's sports, or a round of golf at the PGA Championship Golf Course. Then watch the sunset over the mountains from your private patios.
Looking for even more adventures? We're close to downtown Palm Springs, the Aerial Tramway, Joshua Tree National Park, PSP, & all of the local favorite music/festivals.
Please note the following rules from the city that allow us to keep our permit -
- Maximum occupancy is 6, maximum for cars is 3
-No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times
- Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
-TOT rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)

Please understand that while we are thrilled to welcome you to our incredible resort and country club home, in order to do so, Cathedral City, CA has strict requirements for us -
• All guests must sign an agreement within 24 hours of acceptance of their booking. This agreement can be found in our photos. Reservations that do not are subject to cancellation with no refund.
• The "Responsible Person," which is the person entering into the rental contract and ensuring occupants comply with the STVR regulations, must be at least 25 years of age.
• All check-ins must be completed via video doorbell.
• All short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
• The maximum occupancy is 6 people, at any time for any reason.
• The maximum number of cars allowed to enter and park on the property is 3.
• Pursuant to the Cathedral City Municipal Code §3.24. 030 a 12% tax is imposed on guest stays of thirty days (29 nights) or less.
• No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produce or reproduce sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line.
• The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.
• Responsible Person must sign a “Guest Agreement Acknowledgement” form
acknowledging receipt of the information provided at check-in. This Form is to be kept at the STVR during the period of rental and be immediately available if requested by the City.
• There is a 24-hour anonymous hotline to report guest violations. Any guest committing violations will be subject to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds. The entire group will be banned and escorted from the property. Any resulting fines or fees incurred will be considered payable by the Responsible Person and due immediately.
