Mountain cabin retreat fenced yard with hot tub
This 4BR/2BA home (sleeps 10) offers a prime locale just minutes from both town and the lake. At 2100 sq. feet, this home features an updated interior with a fireplace and a game room as well as multiple outdoor spaces with a grill, outdoor games like connect 4 and cornhole, and alfresco dining. The home is also equipped with dual zone central air conditioning and whole house gas generator as a power backup. This home is 4 minutes from dining and a Starbucks in the Blue Jay Village, as well as 8 minutes from shopping and dining in the Lake Arrowhead Village. Lake Gregory is also 15 minutes away and open to the public. Paddle about or enjoy the beach during summer time. Golfers will delight in having multiple prominent courses in the area. Hike a wide variety of nearby trails in our national parks. If you have a UTV or 4x4, explore the San Bernardino Mountains and catch views only from an off-road drive. For ski bunnies and snow boarders, hit the slopes at Snow Valley Mountain Resort (30 minutes) or Snow Summit and Bear Mountain is an hour away.

LIVING AREA
Concoct a refreshing beverage and lounge next to the fireplace in the main living area. Inquire about firewood pricing! 55-inch smart TV sets the scene for movie nights. TV trays offer a laptop-friendly workspace in the main living room. Classic board games are available for those quiet nights.
The game room doubles as a sleeping alcove and is fitted with two twin daybeds with twin trundle beds underneath. 55-inch smart TV allows for separate groups to enjoy movie nights or give kids a space of their own. A combination pool, air hockey, and ping-pong table is ready for play!
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island. Convenient appliances like an InstaPot, toaster, blender, and coffee maker will make any meal prep a breeze. The cook in your group will whip up any meal desired with the available cookware. The dining table seats up to 10 when meals are ready.
Kid and infant friendly cups and plates are in the cupboards. Booster seat, pak-n-play, and highchair also available.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. The primary master suite has a king bed, a desk, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the first floor. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The game room is also located on the second floor and has two twin day beds which can accommodate four children (of all ages).
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
With multiple decks, this home presents ample room to unwind in the fresh alpine air. Fire up the gas grill, play a game of cornhole or other outdoor games, and enjoy an alfresco meal under the trees. Patio heaters will keep you toasty in the winter or the cool spring nights. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountain and nap in the hammock or take a dip in the 7-person hot tub (new March 2022).

This home has a two-story layout. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Pack ‘n Play, booster seat, highchair and kid’s plates and cups are provided. Two coolers are on the deck for any excursions during your stay.
Fireplace has a blower insert to allow maximum heat efficiency. You are welcome to bring your own firewood from local retailers or inquire for delivered firewood.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Large dog bowls are available for our furry friends. This listing has a pet fee of $100 for up to three pets. If you are bringing more than three pets, please submit an inquiry to add the additional pet fee of $100 to your booking. Maximum of five pets allowed. All breeds welcome and no weight limit. Guests should bring bedding for their pets as pets are not allowed on furniture.
This house is outfitted with a natural gas generator. Never worry about power outages while you are here in the mountains.
Parking for three vehicles in the level driveway that can accommodate a trailer for off-roaders. Bring your Razors, dirt bikes, or modified Jeeps! Street parking does not exist, all vehicles must fit in the driveway. The house is on county roads and the streets from the highway to the home is always plowed by the County after a snowstorm.
If checking in the day of or after a snowstorm, courtesy shoveling will be done to allow your vehicle(s) access to driveway parking. Shovels are provided if snow falls during your stay so you can drive off the property. It is expected that vehicles either have chains or using snow tires as required by CHP to travel into the mountains when it snows. Checkpoints are usually at Waterman on the 18.
Dual zoned air conditioning will keep you cool during those hot summer days. Don't worry about keeping the whole house at one temperature, each level has its own thermostat.
Security camera details: Six exterior cameras view all exterior door and window entry points on the ground level. There are two near the garage, with one facing the driveway and one facing the front door. There are two on the back side to view the back deck slider entries and back side of the garage window. There is one on each side of the house covering a bedroom window and garage window. A Ring doorbell is also installed at the front door.
No laundry or garage access. If you're interested in laundry access, please inquire. Laundry access fee dependent on length of stay.
Smart TVs require personal login to access streaming services.
Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). The County will issue citations for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted and additional penalties will be applied. 10% penalties applied to booking for every infraction. Please note the the County of San Bernardino does not allow any home with a rental permit to exceed 12 occupants and this home is limited to 10 occupants.
