Located just 200 feet from the ski run and steps from the Big Springs Express Gondola, you’ll enjoy true ski-in, ski-out access. Ski all morning, head back for lunch, and then return to the mountain with ease. This condo is also the closest lodging option to Northstar Village, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, ice skating, and live music. For a special evening out, take the gondola up to the Ritz-Carlton for fine dining. In warmer months, the Truckee River and endless outdoor adventures are just a short drive away. 🌲

Things to Know

This home is on the second floor; no elevator is available.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

This rental does not have air conditioning.

Maximum occupancy is 5 guests (excluding children under 13).

Guests may access the Northstar Recreation Center amenities (lap pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, basketball, and fitness center) for a daily fee of $10/person (children 4 and under are free). 🏊‍♂️🎾

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
