This recently upgraded and privately owned studio is in a prime location within Silverado Condominium Community -- close to the shared pool (heated Memorial Day - Labor Day) and a short walk to the resort's spa, restaurants, and shops.
This ground-floor unit is conveniently located near the parking area for easy access and has no unit above it, ensuring a quiet stay.
INSIDE THE STUDIO
Step inside this contemporary studio to find a luxurious California king bed. A dark wood headboard and matching bedside tables add sophistication to the space, while a modern armchair by the window provides a comfy spot to watch your favorite shows on the 42in flat screen TV.
Enjoy a glass of wine while you plan the next day's vineyard tours at the bistro table with seating for 2. The condo also includes a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge for your convenience.
The brightly lit, spacious dressing area includes a large storage closet equipped with two luggage racks. The attached bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared community pool, and unassigned parking for 2 vehicles.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.
Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (must be 16+ years of age). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
THE LOCATION
Located on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, the Silverado community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the valley. This scenic road is one of two that passes through Napa Valley, and it's the preferred route of Napa locals. Considered the road less traveled, the Silverado Trail is lined with world-class wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking vineyard views. Some of our favorites include Darioush, Frog's Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
