A sandy private beach, amazing lake front views and that cozy log cabin feel welcome you as you enter this bright updated cottage bungalow. This open concept cottage has plenty of space and offers 3 beautifully decorated and well-appointed bedrooms and one bathroom. Each room in this home has been thoughtfully outfitted and for maximum comfort.
With one of the nicest beaches in the area you can enjoy a daily stroll on the beach, relax in your beach chairs and swim in the gradual entry waterfront. The beach is sand, the entry is gradual, and the lake is stunning. After a day in the warm sun cozy up by the natural gas indoor fireplace.
This 1000 square foot cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, apartment size stove and microwave (no dishwasher), a brand-new washer and dryer, unlimited Wifi, Smart TV and a natural gas BBQ. We sleep up to 8 guests and prefer a maximum of 6 adults per stay. We provide all linens and towels except for linens for the pull-out sofa.

Outside, we have a comfortable outdoor sectional, picnic table and Muskoka chairs that overlook the Lake. You are welcome to start a campfire on the beach while you watch the sunset, roast marshmallows, make smores and have a glass of wine.
Please note this home is not a year round cabin and is only heated by the fireplace. There is no A/C but with the windows open the breeze off the lake is comfortable. Food and wine is for illustration only and not provided.
Neighbourhood Description
We are located in the region of Long Beach, one of the best sandy beaches in Ontario. There are trails, conservation areas, horseback riding and even skydiving all within a 4-minute drive or less!
The area is known for amazing beaches, golf clubs, wineries, fruit farms, animal farms and more! There are three great golf clubs nearby, the closest of which is Port Colborne Golf & Country Club which is less than a 3-minute drive. Many amazing wineries are within a 25-minute drive. The quaint waterfront town of Port Colborne is 10 minutes away where you can do all your shopping, groceries, grab a bite, hit up a brewery or check out the Sugarloaf Marina.
Niagara Falls is only 35 minutes away and you can enjoy the magnificent waterfall and other attractions like Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill, Bird Kingdom, Butterfly Conservatory, Casinos, Shows and Dining. Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature.
Highlights of the agreement include:
• We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
• The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
• When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
• Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted inside
• The BBQ is available for your use and runs on natural gas.. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet as we are a rural property on a septic tank. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
