Ocean kayaking is available for the adventurous. For fine dining, Magnolia's On the Bay is minutes away on the south end of the key. Steps further, you’ll find casual dining at the Waverly Restaurant featuring live music, and/or the lively Sandbar, a few steps further, should you feel like some island dancing! A quick 15 minute trip off the key in the other direction, is beautiful Venice, which provides island shopping and more wonderful restaurants. Florida’s famous Siesta Key, with its crystal white sand expanding an enormous crescent beach, includes plenty of shops and Tiki Bars just a 25 minute drive north. Whatever your mood or desire, your needs will be met, and exceeded, during your stay in this special gem on this pristine key!
