We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The owners were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure our visit was comfortable. The location was perfect — just a short drive to both Sawgrass and Brownwood, which made it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice home in quiet neighborhood

This property is very nice. It's clean and in good condition. The host responded quickly to our couple little things we noticed at check in. I would recommend this property and would stay here again if it was closer to our friends' homes.

Perfect for us!

This rental had everything we needed. With family nearby this worked well as a “home base.” The beds we’re comfortable and the location was quiet & convenient. We especially enjoyed the golf cart to explore everything the villages has to offer.

The villages visit

We loved our three weeks stay in the villages. The Villa was above our expectations. Traveling with two small dogs, the enclosed backyard was wonderful. The owner was more than accommodating. Everything you need for your stay was supplied. She even went above, and beyond in stocking most supplies. Having a garage for both the golf cart and our suv was a plus. Location was close to many activities, but it was in a very quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect vacation home

Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Had no problems as home was new. Location was near Brownstown and golf courses. Publix about 1 mile away. Was nice that it came with golf cart as we could get around with it. Home is new with 3 large bedrooms 2 bath, garage and small screened in lanai with a fenced in back yard. We would rent again. Completely furnished, just bring your clothes. Note washer and dryer also. Location location location

Lovely month at The Villages

Great experience overall. We stayed a month at The Villages. Everything was better than anticipated from the listing. The house is conveniently located to be able to get to most places. The golf cart was new and was an added plus. We were able to explore the local area, experience life in The Villages, have beach days, explore natural springs, kayak and do Disney all with less than an hour drive for the most part. The house is well appointed. It was very clean and nicer than the photos. Furnishings were high quality, and the owners even left a great selection of starter household items. Communications with the owners was easy and they provided all needed instructions and local information to make the stay very nice. The fenced backyard and lanai was nice for my family and we were able to use the newer gas grill a few times which was well supplied with gas. The kitchen was well appointed and some basic spices were in the house to get us started. The large laundry room and utility sink was very helpful. We would love to return and would love to rent from these owners again. Thank you for such a lovely stay for my family!

I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the generous amount of towels and beach towels. The fenced yard was nice for privacy and letting our dog off leash. We loved the location of the property, close to rec centers and 3 town squares. It was great having a golf cart included, no searching to rent one at the busiest time of the year. Communication with the host was excellent.

Enjoy Florida Sun and Fun

This vacation home was a great place to stay. Everything is new and well equipped—high speed internet, cable, beautiful Room and Board furnishing’s… Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious living room with a 65 inch flatscreen TV. Screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or cocktails was tremendous. Golf cart was a nice extra. Very close to a wonderful swimming pool. Activities abound at the Villages as well as shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding Vacation Living

What a fabulous property. I cannot say enough about our stay. The house was immaculate. A comfortable well equipped vacation home with all the amenities. Everything is new and well appointed, full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer. Tastefully decorated three bedrooms, two bathrooms and screened in lanai. Close to beautiful swimming pool with ample room to enjoy the sun. You are within a short drive to a supermarket and excellent restaurants. There is entertainment in the town squares every evening along with great choices in restaurants and shopping. We had an incredible stay. We would definitely recommend this place. Great experience and perfect choice for us.
