Thanks for your interest in Veranda 5D at Los Sueños Resort. We take great care of our condo to make your stay pleasant and special every time.

Our one bedroom unit is on the second floor overlooking the rainforest. It's truly a piece of paradise, quiet and cozy.

It is fully equipped with the following description:

-Fully Equipped Kitchen, with many appliances offering bar access to the outdoor balcony

-Exclusive Covered Parking for 1 car and outdoor parking for visitors
- Access to Veranda's 5 beautiful and private swimming pool areas (Adults & Family), each pool includes a weber grill and jacuzzis which are illuminated at night.
- Feel like meeting people, perfect! You have also access to the Los Sueños Beach Club which has a large swimming pool with a swim up bar, restaurants and access to the beach
- A scenic, short walk to the upscale Los Sueños marina which includes bars, restaurants, banks, mini mart and other shops. If you don't feel like walking you can rent a golf cart at the marina
- Access to a full size, well equipped Gym
- Wifi

Los Sueños is absolutely beautiful. The property manager at the Veranda was prompt and helpful. She sent me the information for transportation from the airport and golf cart rental to get around while there. Definitely recommend.

Our stay in early November 2025 was outstanding! The entry instructions were faultless, and we entered to an impeccably clean and pleasantly welcoming condo. There was a great supply of towels and bedding (we made use of the pull-out sofa - our adult daughter said it was VERY comfortable!) and beach towels. And the large walk-in closet meant there was lots of room for our daughter to unpack, it did not feel at all cluttered with three adults staying there :)We used the kitchen and it was well-stocked and we could easily find everything we needed. The covered patio was a delightful place to read or play games when the afternoon rains came, and it was very private. There were several pools to choose from at the condo area, although the one right behind our building was our favourite! We used it for quiet late evening swims and hot tubs, and visited the included Beach Club during the day for lounging and exploring the beach. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!

We loved our stay in Veranda 5D! My fiancé and I stayed 5 nights in Los Sueños and had the best time. The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The landscaping around the resort was immaculate and we enjoyed using the beach club pass every day to go hang out at the swim up bar. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had an amazing experience! Great private and location.

We will be definitely rent this condo again. It is exactly how it's described on the listing and more. One of our concerns was safety and privacy and this property def offered that. It's was super clean and convenient to all amenities and restaurants. Total relax heaven... We didn't have to leave the resort. We only wished we would have planed to stay longer.

The perfect holiday

This was our first trip to Costa Rica & definitely won't be our last, Los Suenos is a beautiful resort with everything @ your finger tip, our condo was perfect, well stocked, great appliances & definitely a bonus having a large side by side fridge with water & ice readily available, the owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed & told us to reach out to her if any questions , we were lucky to have the white faced monkeys & Macaw birds come to the tree just outside our balcony , the local grocery store is just a short distance away & carries everything you may need, we definitely will return Marie G

Exceeded expectations!

We absolutely LOVED our stay and were so happy with the location. We have stayed at the hotel previously and think having a condo much better. The location was great - easy walking distance to the hotel/golf area, Beach Club (which is fantastic) and marina. We didn't rent a golf cart and found it to be an easy walk everywhere. My husband, 16 year old son and I were super comfortable with a one bedroom with the pull out couch. The condo was super clean and we loved having a washer and dryer. There was an issue with the door combo but the owner was incredibly responsive and facilitated a solution quickly. The gym in the complex was great as well. Overall, the location and condo exceeded all expectations. Pura Vida indeed!

Nice condo but….

The condo is nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable. But the mgt fees, taxes etc are quite a bit. Add to that a $1500 security deposit that still hasn’t been credited to my cc 11 days after checking out has left me with not the best impression for this condo. And I’ve had to pay my cc and the $1500, so I won’t see that credit now for an additional month. Last, the digital pass code to access the condo wasn’t working, had to call the office and tried several new codes, finally had to wait for maintenance to arrive and give us a physical key to use for our stay. Not the best experience.
