The house was comfortable, full of historic charm, and in a great neighborhood. We were very glad to find a nice location so close to town, with the many restaurant and amenities Holland has to offer. We met the property manager, Stacey, right when we arrived. She a great host with an innate gift of putting people at ease.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown, a few blocks from Kollen Park and the Macatawa River and an easy drive to Ottawa Beach. House was an adorable historic home in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, overall clean and very comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning. Communication with host was wonderful.

Cute little cottage getaway.

The house is so cute! Fresh flowers in every room. Close to everything in town. The host was so nice and gave me recommendations on places to go in the area. The ash tray and chairs in the backyard was nice too! Overall very happy with our stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Holland property! Great location for everything we wanted to do in town. There’s a great park a couple of blocks away that we enjoyed several afternoons at and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks too. Also the amazing farmers market is a 10 minute walk away which was great for picking up fresh produce.

Beautiful, charming home

This home was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. Well suited for the 4 adults in our party. The home has beautiful restored historic features throughout including lovely antique furniture as well as comfortable seating and sleeping. Communication with the owner was excellent, reaching out prior to our stay to assist with any recommendations. Location is perfect to downtown Holland. Would highly recommend this vacation home.

Perfect location!

This cottage was in a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere during our stay: Kollen Park, The farmers market, downtown. The home was very clean and well cared for. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Stacey was super helpful by touching base before our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming Home

Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Our host was very informative of the area and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The home was just was listed and even more adorable in person. The home was close to downtown shops, the local farmers market and the lake. We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely book again. Holland is such a charming town.

Perfect Tulip Time Weekend

This house has the perfect location. It’s within walking distance to Downtown Holland and many amazing restaurants and attractions. It’s also a quick 15 minute drive to the Windmill Tulip Island. The host had great recommendations for eateries and activities. She communicated so well with us and made our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful home and location

Myself, mom and 2 daughters visited Holland for Tulip festival. The house was perfect, we were able to walk around to parks and shopping without having to drive in the crazy traffic. Holland swim meet stay

Nice house, great location, walked downtown for ice cream and only a mile to the aquatic center. Comfortable full size beds required some cozying up but worked. The kitchen could use a few more things but adequate.

I treasure my quaint home in this extraordinary neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. My yellow cottage home is in one of the most sought after neighborhoods located in the Holland Historic District. The location offers amenities that make life simple like the Farmers Market 2 blocks away that is entertaining and offers an array of fresh products, the Library is 2 blocks away and offers various programs and activities for all ages, Kollen's Park offers Music Concerts and scheduled entertainment 1.5 blocks away, and of course Hollands award winning downtown is within 3 blocks, along with the Cappon house a treasured historic home that offers tours. So I like to save on gas an enjoy passing by the gorgeous homes in our neighborhood. I like to bike, play guitar and am a music enthusiast! If you want to enjoy your vacation please stay here versus driving all over Holland to keep coming back to this special area of town and enjoy walking or riding your bike and you will see why I love this place so much and want to share it with others!
