**NOTE: Guests are welcome to utilize the sofa in the game room as extra sleeping space. The bonus room is an add-on and is not connected to the home’s central heating. Space heaters are provided, but the room is not an ideal sleeping space during the winter season**

***FIRE PIT + BBQ GRILL*** We welcome our guests to use our outdoor fire pit (propane) and BBQ grill (charcoal.)   Due to our mountain home's rural location, we cannot monitor and replenish propane tanks for the fire pit regularly, although we do our best! You are welcome to use any propane left in our tanks, and we restock as often as possible.   The BBQ is a charcoal grill with a chimney starter. Please bring charcoal with you if you plan to use the grill.  
GARAGE | 2-car garage for guest use, washer, and dryer, ice chest, outdoor games, beach toys  
The entire property is yours to enjoy except for the second single-car garage, which is used for owners storage. Guests have full access to the main 2-car garage.  Strawberry is a very small, serene, community along the Stanislaus River. Enjoy walks through the forest and along the river, right outside your front door. Drive 2 minutes to get to Pinecrest Lake, and a couple more miles to Dodge Ridge for winter snow sports. The whole family will love Leland High Sierra Snowplay in the winter, also a few minutes away. Strawberry has a great market for last-minute needs and is within reach of countless beautiful hiking trails.  Parking is plentiful at this mountain home. The main 2-car garage is yours to use as you please. The driveway can fit an additional 3-4 vehicles.  


ACCESSIBILITY | Please note that there are two steps to the front deck to access the front door. Inside the home, there are two steps from the living space into the hallway. Both sets of stairs can be seen in the images of the house. There are no steps from the home to the backyard. The backyard is on a slope, so two steps are from the outdoor patio to the fire pit area.  
PETS | We love pets and have a corgi named Kimi in our family. Your furry family members are welcome in our home if they are house-trained. Guests are expected to pick up all pet waste on the property. We also ask that you kindly keep pets off of the furniture.  
SECURITY | Our security cameras are only located outside and are facing outward, away from the house. We respect your privacy, and the cameras are used to ensure the safety of our property, ourselves, and our guests. There are no cameras inside our home.   
WIFI | We are happy to offer our guests free high-speed Starlink WiFi. Please remember that we are in the middle of a forest; therefore, there will be times when internet service is impacted by things like the weather. Unfortunately, this comes with the territory and is out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for disrupted service.
