Due to the rural location of our mountain home, we are unable to always replenish propane tanks for the fire pit and the BBQ, although we do our best! You are welcome to use any propane left in our tanks, and we restock as often as possible.

GARAGE | 2-car garage for guest use, washer and dryer, ice chest, outdoor games, beach toys

Guest access
The entire property is yours to enjoy with the exception of the second single-car garage, which is used for owners storage. Guests have full access to the main 2-car garage.

Other things to note

ACCESSIBILITY | Please note that there are steps to the front deck to access the front door. Inside the home, there are steps from the downstairs to the up stairs. There are also steps from the home into the backyard. All sets of stairs can be seen in the images of the house.

SECURITY | Our security cameras are only located outside and are facing outward, away from the house. We respect your privacy, and the cameras are used to ensure the safety of our property, ourselves, and our guests. There are no cameras inside our home.

WIFI | We are happy to offer our guests free high-speed WiFi. Please remember that we are in the middle of a forest; therefore, there will be times when internet service is impacted by things like the weather. Unfortunately, this comes with the territory and is out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for disrupted service.
