The place was perfect for our family of 4. Views were amazing. Clean easy access to groceries and fun. The only downfall, and this is nothing the owners could fix, was the slowness of the elevators. The unit itself was perfection.

Wonderful condo, building, and location!

The entire process was great! Carol communicated before, during, and after our stay. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. The location is great. Quiet and convenient. We really enjoyed our time!

Great condo and experience!

This was a beautiful property. It had been a long time since we had a vacation at the beach and Carol made the process so lovely. She communicates so quickly and the condo is so organized and welcoming. We had a wonderful week and I would definitely rent here again.

Terrific Ocean View

Perhaps the best feature of this property is the large deck. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the ocean. The pool below is a nice option for those times when you or your kids aren't up for going to the beach, too. Carol was really easy to reach and very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay.

Wonderful vacation

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated, very spacious, fully stocked and terrific views of the fireworks, pool and beach. Everything was very accessible including the pool/beach, storage locker, washer/dryer, stores, restaurants and mall. The condo was very quiet at night time and we slept really well. Carol was so nice and friendly and accessible. We had a wonderful visit!

Great!

We have a fantastic time and loved our stay at this property. The only thing that would be nice is if we had some more storage space. All of the closets are full of the owners personal items and the master had no dresser. We lived out of suitcases all week, BUT, that being said, its not a deal breaker and we would absolutely stay here again.

Carol, thank you for sharing your gem of a beach condo with my family and I. Waking up to the sound of rolling waves, the sun rises and the fresh ocean air gave us peace and balance. The views from your double balcony are incredible. Afternoon swims in the huge pool were so relaxing. We secured a permit one evening and hosted a bon-fire on the beach. Your condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. Perfect location! - short walks to grab a morning coffee, groceries, carry out dinners and discovery of the farmers market directly across the street—bonus! We will be back and we highly recommend your condo to anyone looking!

Great week, beautiful memories in OC, MD 2023

HPS , 3D condo is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much. The view of the ocean, beach and pool is wonderful from the very large deck with comfortable furniture. The condo was very clean, beautifully furnished and very quiet. The owner, Carol, was available for us if we had a question about anything. We thank her for trusting us to enjoy her great condo. Also , for the addition of a coffee pot with carafe for us coffee lovers! The property outside is also very clean , the pool is well maintained and the rest rooms off the pool are very convenient. All i can say is that were not disappointed with our choice of this condo through VRBO and Carol. Thank you again. Susan P

Great Condo, Location and Host

The condo is really beautiful and well kept. Beautifully decorated, clean and great views of the beach and ocean. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise was a daily enjoyment for me. The pool is well maintained, spacious and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed their daily swim and trips to the beach. The beach is clean and not very crowded at all. The amenities provided by carol (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.) were a huge plus. Carol was very responsive and checking in/out was effortless. Needless to say, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on a future trip to Ocean City.

Fabulous condo

Had the absolute best week here with my family.. 2 adults, 5 and 7 year old. Very clean, gorgeous furniture and decor, can’t beat the view from the balcony. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Storage locker on ground floor stocked with everything we needed on the beach. Not to mention that I’ve never ever booked a vacation and had direct communication with the owner. Carol responded to all emails, texts, and calls almost immediately when I had questions. Cannot wait to come back next summer!
