Welcome to Legacy Luxury Home, our bright and beautifully furnished, fully-renovated 3000 sq ft home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on approximately 1 acre of land overlooking a gorgeous lake. Located in the heart of Palm Coast, the home's excellent location and close proximity to the I-95 interstate provides easy access to everything you need - shopping, restaurants, parks, golf course, and the beach.

Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms, two facing the lake. All the rooms have queen beds and health friendly mattresses for comfortable sleep. With two additional sofas that turn into double beds, we provide sleeping facilities for ten people in all. There are two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms in the home. Linen and towels are included to make your stay more comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen makes a perfect space for cooking your favorite dishes that can be served in the adjoining dining area. One of the two living rooms has a Smart TV. The spacious great room faces the lake and offers a modern work desk and chair, a mini slot machine for fun games, an elliptical machine and additional sofas and chairs for get-togethers with family and friends.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a combination games table that includes pool, ping pong, and hockey. Cues, paddles, and balls are provided. A foosball table and dartboard add to the indoor recreation options. Outside you will find a basketball net, a tree swing, a RC car track, hammocks, and a fire pit with seating. With so many options, you won't have to go in search of leisure and relaxation!

Guest will have keyless entry into the house. Private parking is available on the driveway with space for 2-4 cars. Guests will have access to the entire house and premises except the locked closet in the master bedroom.

Please note that guests are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from stepping into the lake or using the dock for safety reasons. Use of all the space and activities provided will be strictly at the risk and discretion of the user. Property owner or the property manager will be absolved of any accidents or injuries caused by negligence of the user or by the lack of supervision in the case of children.

In the best health interest of all guests, we don't allow pets and smoking inside the house. Any violation detected may cause cancellation of the booking or additional charges for in-depth cleaning. We have quiet, peaceful and friendly neighbors. It's one of our top house-keeping policies to respect the neighborhood. Therefore, loud noise and clamorous late night parties in the backyard are not permitted.
