The bedroom setup is odd and not presented in the listing. There are some small curtained of nooks w beds in them. The listing says 3 full baths but one is a very tiny outside bathroom off the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is beautiful and you’re close to Comal Park. The place is very clean and 2 living areas are spacious and well designed.

As such, we want to clarify what the listing states regarding bedroom and bathroom details. The listing states there are (5) total bathrooms. (4) include a shower and (1) a half bathroom, without a shower. Many guests rave about having an enclosed outdoor bathroom, with shower, as then they don't have to track wet feet into the vacation home. Additionally, below is the listing's exact description for Bedroom #4, with partitioned sleeping areas. And this verbiage is again outlined in each photo of the sleeping areas for Bedroom #4. "Bedroom #4 includes (4) partitioned sleeping areas, each with (3) walls, (1) privacy curtain, clothing rack or dresser, fan, lamp, night stand, phone charging station."

The HOME was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. These homeowners thought of everything anyone could need. It was like being in your own home! Amazing Hosts! Would definately stay in their beautiful home again.

We had a great stay. The hostess were very quick to respond and helpful. We had two babies from 1-3 and they even had a toy room to keep the babies happy. Highly recommend

Great hosts and a great family time get away! The property is clean and so beautiful! The pool, back patio and hot tub were wonderful and so clean. We had family photos taken on the property and it's so beautifully landscaped. Deer came up to house with new babies and we fed them deer corn so bring some with you. They were so cute and the grands loved them! We will stay here again when we come up New Braunfels area. Great VRBO!

The fact that we can only give 5 stars is a shame. The house was immaculate and almost had too much extra stuff for the price. The hosts were unbelievable when communicating and providing for everything that you didn’t even expect them to provide. If you stay anywhere in Canyon Lake and don’t try to book this property you are missing out! Pool, games, large family rooms, private casita, and more than enough yard for our dogs. Once you see the place and what they provide you realize what an absolute bargain you got. Privacy at its finest as you are on a gated 5 acre lot and then have additional fencing around the house. I could go on and on but we want to make sure it’s available next summer when we return!

Beautiful home. Loved the backyard pool and hot tub. The gas fireplace was great too since we had some unusual chilly weather. This was wonderful family time away. We played games each night and had lots of laughs. Appreciated the toys for the kids and the crib. Definitely be sure to turn the alarm on as soon as you arrive for the back door to the pool. Hosts were quick to respond to communication which I appreciated.

This is truly an amazing property! We had plenty of room for lots of extended family together for a little family reunion. It’s well decorated while still being comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are fabulous when you just want to hang out and relax! We also had lots of fun with the air hockey and shuffleboard.Everyone enjoyed the other outdoor spaces as well! With the deer, the swing, and the comfortable outdoor seating, we were able to enjoy our outdoor time along with the indoor time!The kitchen was plenty big, and had nice cookware, knives, etc.! The ice machine, coffee, creamer, seasoning choices, and other provided amenities made us feel fancy for sure! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderfully smooth stay. This property lives up to the hype, and I hope we get to visit again!!

Hosts were fabulous. The property was quintessential Texas Hill Country. Kitchen has everything we needed--pots, pans, utensils--better than other places I've stayed. The hot tub and pool were perfect. They provided fire for the fire pit. And we had a all-family corn hole tournament. It was a great place for our big family to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of eight adults and two children! The pictures the hosts provided well represent the rooms. The house can definitely sleep up to 20 people comfortably. We enjoyed all of the amenities (the beautiful pool and shaded patio area; the hot tub; the game room (with games for adults and kids); the large selection of games and books for the family; the toiletries in each bathroom; the pantry stocked with many spices and kitchen necessities; and so much more!)All of my family said the beds were very comfortable. The large dining table was perfect for family meals.The speaker system was enjoyed for playing music inside and out!The communication with the hosts was wonderful! We appreciated all of the information about the house and the many recommendations they provided of things to do, and places to eat, in the Canyon Lake area!It was wonderful to bring our dog too! She enjoyed playing in the large back yard which was fully fenced in!The visits of the deer in the mornings, in the front yard, were a pleasant surprise and the family enjoyed feeding them deer corn.We have rented homes previously in other places of the country and this house definitely tops our list! We enjoyed our stay so much!! A big thanks to the wonderful hosts!We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again for a future family vacation!Cheers!!
