Thank you for the kind words about our kitchen supplies and the ocean-view balcony — that’s exactly the setup we aim for with morning coffee in mind. We also want future guests to have the full picture on the two issues mentioned. The unit had its annual dryer vent cleaning during this stay, which requires moving the refrigerator to reach the washer/dryer stack right next to it. That shifted the bottom drawer freezer out of alignment — not something that was apparent when our team was on-site, and not reported to us until later that evening. We had someone out the next morning to fix it. The propane tank for the grill is owned and maintained by the condo association, not Luxe Maui Properties. The resident manager confirmed the tank was full throughout the stay; the grill has posted instructions for lighting it and shutting it off properly after each use, and our team is always happy to walk guests through it by phone. We were never contacted about food needing to be thrown out — if we had been, we’d have made it right.
