The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with a Keurig coffee maker. Step directly from the family room onto a large patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill.



This updated, spacious home offers multiple living and entertainment spaces, including a fully finished basement, two outdoor patios, six bedrooms, and five bathrooms. For those traveling with little ones, a crib and a selection of children's books and toys are available.



**Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements**

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, and cozy bedding for a restful night.

* **Second Floor Master Suite:** Features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private deck—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

* **Second Floor Bedrooms (2):** Each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed.

* **Third Floor Bedroom 1:** Contains a Queen bed.

* **Third Floor Bedroom 2:** Includes two trundle beds, which can be set up as four twin beds.

* **First Floor Bedroom:** Offers a trundle bed that can sleep two guests.

Getting Around:

The home can fit two smaller vehicles or 1 large vehicle in the driveway and street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.



Vehicles are recommended to get around the Annapolis area. If you are traveling to the Downtown area, street parking is very limited, but there are parking garages around the area. Additionally, all of the Rideshare companies offer services to get around.
