The Bloom House derives its name from the fact that the home is dripping with floral accents and greenery! It is the perfect backdrop for any celebration. Be prepared to awe your family and friends.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests in 2 KING beds, 4 FULL beds, 1 FUTON SLEEPER sofa, and 2 SINGLE ROLLAWAY beds. There is an 82 ich TV in the first floor living space, and Smart TVs in each bedroom ranging from 32 inch to 65 inch. See bed count below:

AMENITIES: As a courtesy, LuxeStays Houston provides a "starter pack" of supplies for guests, including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. This is to make our guests comfortable and also to relieve the stress of having to go to the store upon arrival to The Bloom House. Guests are still personally responsible for purchasing these items if the guests have depleted the "starter pack".


PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 2-4, depending on the size of the vehicle. There is limited street parking available, as the home is located on a residential street. Do not park in front of our neighbors home or risk being towed. If towed, you will be responsible for fees.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
