We welcome you to the Pine Lake Overlook! As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a wall of windows and slider doors that gives you a breath-taking view of Pine Lake's 3rd Lake. Pine Lake is a 660 acre all-sports lake that includes 4 total lakes, all connected, and is perfect to explore by boat! Pine Lake features a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show each summer and is a favorite spot for fishing tournaments as well!

Our open concept living area and kitchen w/ large island, as well as a large deck space, are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the amazing view of the lake with friends and family, whether you are indoors or outdoors. We also provide a propane/charcoal grill and large outdoor dining table. The deck also features a sparkling 6 person hot tub with an amazing view of the lake for your enjoyment year-round! Outside you will find lawn space for yard games, a campfire area with an unbeatable view, and a separate deck with a comfortable outdoor sofa (perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, a book, or an evening cocktail enjoying a beautiful sunset!)

Inside, we offer 3 bedrooms with one bedroom on each level of the home. The primary suite is on the lower level; complete with a King size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level also features a rec-room with pool table for guests to enjoy, and the ability to walk out to the lower patio and lawn. The main level features a large bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds and plentiful closet space. The main level also offers a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The upper loft offers a full size bed, and a beautiful bird's-eye view of the lake.

We provide 4 kayaks for your enjoyment. If you would like to explore the lake even further, we offer a pontoon boat rental for an additional cost. Please note, for liability purposes we cannot allow tubing. Please reach out to us for additional information regarding renting our pontoon boat.

In the winter time Pine Lake is very popular for ice fishing and snowmobiling, and also offers great ice skating! For the ski/snowboard/snow tubing enthusiast, there are a few different ski hills just a small drive away as well!

Please note: we have one motion-activated security camera on our property facing the driveway/parking area.

Quiet Cozy Lakehouse w/ Amazing Hot Tub!

We were so glad to stay outside of the crazy city life. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful lake were just what we were hoping for. The decks and outside space were perfect escape, the highlight being the outdoor hot tub that we used every night. We also loved hanging in the downstairs pool table area. Floor plan worked well for our small family. **Just a suggestion: the downstairs shower looks modern and very nice, but definitely needs a curtain/door added as it ends up getting the floor very wet.

Spring Break

The home worked perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy for a March getaway. The pool table provided lots of entertainment and the hot tub was a great feature to relax. We all loved the view of the lake and the natural light the large windows provided. We hope to return in warmer months to enjoy more of the outdoor space and lake.
