It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Walking distance to downtown area.
