We want to clarify that the situation involving the lock was thoroughly reviewed, and as confirmed by the locksmith, the issue stemmed from misuse of the handle, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be locked out, and as soon as we were notified, we took immediate action to resolve the matter. While it did take time for the locksmith to arrive, we ensured that everything possible was being done as quickly as possible. We do regret that you felt distressed by the situation and understand your frustration. We do our best to be responsive in every situation and continually strive to improve our guest experience. We have a team available to address any issues promptly, and your feedback helps us evaluate how we can improve our procedures to better serve future guests.
