Bright & spacious 3-bed, 2-bath Duluth home perfect for families or groups! The Lakewalk House features an open-concept living area flooded with natural light. Located in the charming Lakeside neighborhood, you're steps from local cafes and have easy access to Highway 61 for North Shore adventures. Comfortably accommodates your group for a stylish and convenient Minnesota getaway.

Welcome to The Lakewalk House, your spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home base for exploring Duluth! This home is designed to be a bright and welcoming retreat after a day of adventure.

Key Features:
- Open-Concept Living: The living and dining area is flooded with natural light, creating a perfect space for your group to gather and relax.
- Modern Furnishings: Enjoy a comfortable and stylish atmosphere with modern decor and warm hardwood floors throughout the home.
- Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Entry is via a keypad located at the front door for easy and flexible self-check-in. Street parking is readily available in this quiet neighborhood, with no permit required.

We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit. However, our dedicated guest service team is available to assist you from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM should you have any questions or need support.

​​​​​​​- This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Totally nice ! Close to lake and activities for all ages . The Lester River Park was a highlight. Extremely clean; nice big dining area for eating and playing board games . From bathrooms to kitchen - organized and a relaxing home . Big field across the street and a little wooded area . Main trail right outside the door!

Great location for pets as you are right next to a safe-paved-walking/biking path! You are within 5 minutes of Canal park or the North Shore scenic drive, but away from all the crowds. Very nice brewery within walking distance as well. House was immaculately clean and well furnished!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, tucked just outside the busier part of Duluth, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short drive to Costco, Walmart, and anything else you might need. It was the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to all the scenic drives, hiking spots, and state parks. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring the area!

Lakewalk House was quite comfortable for our five-night stay with my daughter and son-in-law and my son. The beds were comfortable and the house was in good shape. Nice stay

House was very clean and nice location in east Duluth so a nice safe neighborhood and close to new brighton beach. Kitchen had all amenities we needed and was great for getting together with friends. Agree with reviews that only drawbacks was the road noise from superior street and stairs that are steep/slippery.

Great weekend in Duluth

Property was very clean. Lots of TV stations to watch when relaxing at night after a busy day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of blankets and linens. Great for the 2 dogs that came with us.

Great location for accessing the harbor and the north shore. Appreciated the coffee from Duluth Coffee Co as well and the shampoo/conditioner that was provided. Small extras made the stay easier. The bedrooms and living/dining rooms were a decent size for an older house. Would definitely stay here again!

Short Spring Trip

I travelled to Duluth for a short business trip, and my mother and sister accompanied me. The property was conveniently located for me to get my work done, and my mother and sister enjoyed searching for agates along Lake Superior. I have no complaints about the property and would definitely rent it again!

Loved the Lakewalk House!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and booked both the Mayfair and Lakewalk houses together for a larger family group. It was so nice to have adjacent properties and both houses were super clean and well-appointed. Clearly care is taken on hosting these properties, with cleaning, local recommendations, easy check-in and check-out, etc. The location is great, with easy access to local parks, and just a couple miles down to the Canal Park, Park Point and Bayfront areas. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing so!

Nice old house. A little creaky but that's part of the charm! Only issues were small. No broom and tub drained slowly. I'll take that. It is in a great location for exploring, walking or biking, shopping, and seeing the Duluth and north shore sights. Loved it!

Cute getaway

Loved the charm. Stairs are wicked if you have any issues climbing. Noisy all day. Right on superior but out of town so wasn’t unbearable.
