Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the deck. The backyard and grass areas are strictly off limits as we do not own that land.

The town itself boasts a lively atmosphere, with quaint shops, art galleries, and top-notch seafood restaurants lining its historic streets. Visitors can enjoy freshly caught lobster, take a stroll along the scenic Shore Path, or embark on a whale-watching cruise from Frenchman Bay. Bar Harbor is also home to a rich history, once serving as a summer retreat for America’s elite, including the Rockefellers and Vanderbilts.

Parking is available for free on the street. The `Island Explorer` Bus that travels the island can be accessed with a short 2min walk. Walking to downtown is very easy with the location of the unit.

There is a small 3ft x 4ft mudroom that is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units.

-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive.
-No pets are allowed in the unit. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit
-No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee
