Access to family pool access right across unit, short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It's close to Big Kahuna Water Park and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk for more entertainment, Destin Commons shopping and events, and lots of mouth watering dining options! This newer townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and can sleep 10 guests! This family friendly home is stocked with family fun games and stand up Race Game Arcade.

On the lower floor, you will find:
One bedroom has a king size bed with patio access.
Another bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with access to private patio and yard w/ table and chairs.
(Inside this bedroom features a standup Arcade for kids and adults)
The main floor (2nd floor) hosts a large master bedroom with king size bed, office desk, ensuite bath with upgraded glass shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Included in the master bedroom is a Play pen with full size bassinet for the little one.
The main floor also features a dining room and living Room that leads to a spacious deck.
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa chair (Full size) and a center
table stocked with lots of fun family games. The living room leads to a spacious balcony with a community pool view; equipped with outdoor tables and chairs..
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances - Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and so much more.
