This beautifully styled one bedroom apartment is a quiet oasis in the heart of the vibrant Dubai Marina. Come home to this peaceful retreat, sit out on the spacious balcony and gaze out in wonderment at the twinkling lights dancing on the waters as the yachts pass you by. Decorated in warm tones, luxurious furnishings, artistic design and personal touches, this truly is your home away from home. The semi open kitchen has everything you need to make some delicious meals at home for you and your loved ones which you can enjoy at the dining nook set for four. The warm homey feel of this apartment is created by the accent wall in the living room and master bedroom. The living area has been styled with carefully selected furnishings, artwork and trinkets and has a large plush sofa making this space perfect for movie night after a busy day exploring the city. Step out on to your spacious balcony, sit and admire the passing yachts and sun set over the sparkling waters. In the opulent bedroom there is an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft and luxurious you will probably sleep in longer than usual. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and en suite bathroom. All the bathrooms have Key Views fluffy towels with hotel grade amenities ensuring you feel refreshed and smelling great all day. The second room has a desk in case work beckons and also has a small sofa which can be turned into a single sleeper sofa bed in case you need the extra space. The second room has extra wardrobe space and a small en suite bathroom with shower.

The building also features a gymnasium, swimming pool and private on site parking.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
