Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome close to all!

Right off the beach and every window facing the sand and waves. Unit was clean had more than what my family needed. With in walking distance of everything and sub shop delivery close as well. Had wifi but it was on slow side but wasn't in unit enough to worry about it.

The management company was substandard. When we arrived at the office on 10/8/22 to get our keys and instructions there was a young lady sitting at the desk eating her lunch. Keys provided and a few notes about the getting checked-in at Atlantis.. When we arrived at the unit there were NO instructions on how various items, TV, WIFI, etc. worked. Had to call the office for help and after four attempts found some help regarding the WIFI but no one knew anything about the TV. We were never told that there would not be soap, toilet paper, paper towels, ETC. I check the list of items to be included and nowhere did it say these items woujld not be provided. There were FOUR sets of instructions for checkout in the unit, one on the front door, two on the fridge, and one on the key packet. We called the office about which to use and no one could help us. We will NEVER AGAIN CHOOSE a VRBO listing which uses this management company and we would warn others to pass as well.

Mostly great, clean, safe; some quirks, parts outdated

So, my best friend and I booked this place last-minute after Hurricane Ian disrupted our plans to be in Fort Myers for the week. While we were pleased with the cleanliness of the space and the peace and quiet (off-season in Ocean City) was just what we wanted. However, here are some comments on the experience: Check-In: We had to drive to a different location from the condo building to get our keys and pool passes; kind of a pain after driving 3 hours from DCA airport. Location: It is literally *right on* the beach; about a 5 minute walk. The balcony was nice (after adjusting to *stepping up* to cross the threshhold - I suppose to keep rain out of the living room?), though the morning sun was too bright to enjoy after 7am. Even for the time of year, there were still plenty of food options to choose from, but be prepared to drive a bit to get a Dunkin or Starbucks - multiple locations had already closed up shop for the season. :( Building Interior/Exterior - the condo had two entry doors - one louvered interior-ish door, then a VERY heavy metal door. Be aware that the metal door has a locking toggle mechanism to prevent the doorknob from being turned from the outside, causing us to get locked out of the condo on our first day. We got immediate assistance from Michelle at the on-site security office, though. The interior hallways are a bit dated, but there is a trash chute on every level, so we didn't have to drag smelly trash down the elevator every time. The elevator was very nice and updated. Interior of Condo: The *main* bedroom overlooking the surf was very nice and obviously recently renovated (the mattress still had tags on it). The adjoining bathroom was also very recently renovated as well. The second bedroom was dark and seemed to be an afterthought when it came to decorating. It had an awkward closet that had been drywalled, but not painted. The queen bed, though it slept nice, was just a frame (no headboard and footboard), and the sink in that bathroom did not drain well. It was also very dark, with limited lighting. The common areas of the condo were pleasant with updated furniture and appliances. However, the cabinets were obviously older and didn't mesh with the updates that had been done. Amenities: We had a microwave, Ninja coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator at our disposal, all of which were obviously very new. They all worked well and as expected and were super-clean. Other Notes: The place was very clean! We were happily surprised with the television options and used Rachel's Hulu account to watch some shows while we were there - thanks Rachel, whoever you are! No TV's in the bedrooms, though that wasn't an issue for us. There were two cabinets in the kitchen that were padlocked (marked "owner") and half the closet in the main bedroom was padlocked as well. No big deal for us. We were a little disappointed that Vacasa's instructions were to leave *absolutely* no food at the condo, as we had several unopened items that we wanted to leave for the next guest. That was a surprise, though I can see that some might leave perishables if that rule weren't in place. (I did leave extra coffee filters there.) On the whole, a good experience, but not perfect. I hope this review is helpful!

Great Family Spot

Great location. Clean and newly remodeled. We stayed comfortably with a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Beautiful views. Pool was great for the kids. The elevators were fast. Carts available to load your luggage. Overall great place to stay!
