We hope you had a great time in Breckenridge and apologize for the experience you had checking in and out. We would be happy for any specific feedback as to help us grow in our guest satisfaction. Our Frisco office address for check-in is listed in our correspondence and is an easy stop just off of I70 on the way into Breckenridge when coming from Denver. If coming from the south, we are always happy to make other arrangements.

Michael, we’re sorry to hear you did not like the mattresses. This information has been shared with the owner to see if he would like to replace. As for the drywall in the master bath, we communicated that the HOA had the wall open to fix a leak and they could not patch it before you arrived. We offered to do so during your stay but did not want to interrupt your vacation for a non-emergency. The same goes for the sink clog and slow drain which were not that way before your stay. Last, for the snow, Breckenridge received a record amount in February with well over 100”. Unfortunately for that specifically, it is why people come to Breck in the winter and though it creates some minor inconveniences, we love it!
