Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated and guarded community. Guests may ONLY access the community through the Guard House, located at 801 Bates Road, Haines City, FL 33844. Please be prepared to give your name, the address of the property you will be visiting, length of stay, and your driver's license or government issued photo identification. The guard will document your information and license plate number before allowing you access to the community, and will provide you with a temporary tag to place on the back of your rearview mirror. Each time you attempt to enter the community, guard will review your temporary tag and quickly permit you access as long as the tag is valid and not expired.
