Perfect Stay for Our Families!We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group, with so much room for everyone to spread out and relax. The views were beautiful, and the location was fantastic, especially being so close to one of the cliff-jumping areas.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Our families really enjoyed our time here and made some wonderful memories together. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful place to enjoy the Greers Ferry/Heber Springs area!

This property provided our family of 15 an excellent place to stay and enjoy the 4th of July. There was plenty of room on two levels and enough tables and chairs to accommodate our group. The location and view were outstanding and we were even able to watch fireworks from the deck. We would go there again.

A lovely clean, house with waterfront view! Had a getaway with our married children. They were all saying we need to get this house again next year! We all enjoyed just going down the steps to get to the lake!

The house itself is what was advertised. There is nothing to do on property other than sleep. Outside of property is without a fire pit. There is not enough furniture outside to seat more than 6 people. In the kitchen, there is a lack of pots and pans to cook for more than 4. It is a hotel with a nice view.

I am sorry that you were disappointed that there wasn’t much to do. Most people visit because we are right on the lake with access to the water. We even have a pool table and shuffleboard table for times you can’t go outside. If you would have let me know there wasn’t enough cookware, I would have gotten more, and I’ll be taking some more over this weekend. We would love to have a fire pit and plan to add one, but we do not advertise that we have one. Again, sorry you didn’t have more to do.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very large and comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and talk, play board games, enjoy the game room, and it has a gorgeous view of the lake. We had a great view of the cliffs which are a very popular place for boats to stop and for people to jump into the water. We even saw a bald eagle several times. The staircase down to the water is absolutely beautiful and has a great viewing platform halfway down. We enjoyed going down to the water for swimming, exploring, and visiting the little waterfall there as well. We stayed for a long weekend but everyone agreed that we would all love to stay longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Family Lake Weekend

The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Plenty of space for all of our family to spread out and enjoy. Only a 10 minute drive to the marina.

Very nice. There was room for a large group to gather and to share a meal. There is a great view of that part of Greers Ferry Lake. It was easy to find and was accurately described in the listing. I highly recommend this house.

The host was accommodating. Although they do not decorate for Christmas due to this being the off season for them, they allowed us to do so. The house was cleaned and ready early so they even allowed us early check in. The house was great for our large family group for our Christmas mini-vacation. The livingroom and dining room stays much warmer than the bedrooms so keep that in mind before going to bed.

Beautiful Lake View

Beautiful home/cabin on the lake. The scenery/view looking from the back of the home toward the lake was amazing. No water access but we rented a boat at a local marina just a very short 10 minute drive. Had a blast on the lake.

Annual Family Trip

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home overlooking the lake. We take an annual family lake trip and have stayed in many places over the years, this one is by far our favorite. It's always clean, comfortable and the view is amazing!! Already looking forward to next year. Heather

House on the cliffs

This place was amazing. We had a family get together here with 12 people ranging 3 yrs - 60 yrs old. The place was so clean and the views were incredible. We spent most of our time on the top deck in the rocking chairs. It thunder stormed nearly every night so it was nice to sit out there and watch / listen to it. The lake was also beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great family place. Maybe less bunks (there were 4 sets of 2) and replace with a Q or K instead

Our whole family really enjoyed it. The little boys (3 under 10) could play safely outside with the fencing in place. Had a bald Eagle visit us right off the porch that we thought was especially for us. Our Papa (husband) went to heaven on 2/15 so we felt his presence.

Excellent Experience

We enjoyed having our large family at this property. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the home was very clean. We could not get over how nicely kept the home was, and the water views and sunsets did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place to get away to unwind and relax, this is a perfect spot. Jason was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Family Fourth of July

Overall great stay. Everyone had plenty of space with the kids mostly enjoying the downstairs area. The large dining area was a wonderful way to spend evening meals together with all 14 of us. The views are awesome. Lots of parking, home was clean and A/C worked well. Kitchen got cramped if there were "too many" cooks in it ! The only drawback was access to the water but I believe that is being addressed soon. We had a great time!

Beautiful Home

This house was great set up for our trip! The kids did have their own space downstairs. The master bath was NOT clean but the others were. This would be perfection if two masters didn't share a bathroom in between. That was strange for couples

Thank you for the feedback. I’m afraid the cleaning crew may have sacrificed a little on our cleaning standards trying to accommodate your request for an early arrival. I have asked them to always prioritize the cleaning over an early arrival in the future. Thanks for pointing out that the Master does share the large bathroom with two separate vanities, walk in shower, private toilet room and separate tub with another king bedroom. I hope this is clear in our description.

Highly Recommend!

My family stayed here in April of 2024. The house is beautiful and served our needs completely! The owner is responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, and the view is spectacular! Very secluded, quiet escape from life. Everyone in our family group wants to come back for another stay at this house. April was a lovely time to come, not too hot, not too cold, and all the shrubbery in the area bursting into bloom! One member of our party uses a wheelchair. We found the house to be very accessible from outside (one very low step) and as long as your person can step into a shower, the master shower works well (bring your own shower chair or stool). Three bedrooms on the main level to choose from without having to use stairs.
