During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 11:00AM to 11:00PM.

✦ Paid parking garage – 1 space(s), available for $28 per day.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $150 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $50.00 (per pet per night). Additional $200 refundable deposit

✦ The required refundable security deposit is charged per unit, per night, on a valid credit card.
✦ No smoking is permitted inside of the building. A fee applies if smoking occurs.
