Washer and dryer access on 2nd floor. A pool table, ping pong table, PacMan, teenage mutant ninja turtles and golden tee stand up arcade in the walk out basement. Large farmers porch overlooks the lake for outdoor cocktail time. An Outdoor fire pit , sandy beach and large yard. Plenty of parking! A Boat slip is available, Maximum Boat Size applies, we must know in advance if you plan to use one of our slips. There is a boat ramp/launch on site. Close to Gunstock ski area (7+- minutes )and all the lakes and mountains have to offer. This home sleeps 18. Have a larger group? The entire home is part of your rental except the garage .....we utilize part of the garage for our cleaning supplies , extra sheets etc and is locked

Close to Gunstock ski area, Gilford , Laconia and Alton Bay and all shops and restaurants are close by Car and of course BOAT!! Bike trails are nearby, enjoy mountain biking, snowmobiling, ice fishing*, fishing, and boating are a must!
*you can access the frozen lake(weather depending) from the beach. Please use caution
