Welcome to Feelin’ Beachy, a family-friendly 3-bedroom beach house in Crystal Beach TX on the Bolivar Peninsula. Just a 2–3 minute walk to private beach access, this cozy coastal retreat features a large deck, spacious outdoor hangout area, and an optional golf cart rental to explore the beach and neighborhood. One of the best things about Crystal Beach is that you can drive your vehicle directly onto the beach with a Bolivar Beach parking sticker.

Feelin’ Beachy is located in Crystal Beach, TX on the Bolivar Peninsula, just minutes from restaurants, shops, and the Galveston ferry. Nestled in the quiet and desirable Dunes neighborhood, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience.  Just a 2–3 minute walk (or even quicker golf cart/ATV ride) to the beach with private neighborhood access,  perfect for family vacations, girls trips, fishing trips, and beach getaways on the Bolivar Peninsula.

🚨 Optional Golf Cart Rental Available Enhance your stay with our 4-seat electric golf cart — available for $150 per day with a $200 security deposit. A signed rental agreement is required, and before/after photos must be emailed to b4graceproperties@gmail.com. Cruise the beach in style!

Feelin' Beachy comfortably sleeps 10 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends.

🌴 King Suite

Features a spacious king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Inside the closet, you’ll also find extra blankets and pillows for added comfort.

🌺 Bedroom 2

This room includes one queen bed and a twin bunk bed, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Ideal for kids or a small family.

🌊 Bedroom 3

Features one full bed and a twin bunk bed, also sleeping up to 4 guests.

The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a combo shower/tub, sink, and toilet.

GUEST ACCESS: Self Check in with Igloo smart key lock box. Your code will be provided the day before arrival. The guests will have access to the whole house including the garage minus the owners closet inside of the house which will remain locked (located at the end of the main hallway, please do not tamper with this door).



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

Some beach towels provided for your convenience.

Laundry: Washer and Dryer provided

Garage: Available for use. You may use any of the beach toys, chairs, kayak, beach tent, anything in the garage can be borrowed and returned. Please make sure the garage door is always shut and locked.

Want to drive your vehicle onto the beach?

That’s easy too! Just head to the main road, turn left, and take the next left to reach the public beach access, where you can drive and park right on the sand.

💡 Note:

A $10 annual Bolivar Beach parking sticker is required for vehicles on the beach. You can purchase one at most local stores in Crystal Beach—or from the attendants who frequently drive by on the beach.











🐾 Pet-Friendly – Your Furry Friends Are Welcome!



We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved dogs at Feelin’ Beachy! Please review the following pet guidelines to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Maximum of 2 dogs per stay

Pets must be supervised at all times – please do not leave them unattended inside the home

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors

If your pet has an accident, please notify us right away so we can help ensure proper cleaning







📌 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking

We want every guest to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay at Feelin’ Beachy! To help ensure that, please review the following house rules:





🚭 No Smoking Inside the Home

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning fees for odor removal, ductwork, and upholstery.

You are welcome to smoke outside — please extinguish all cigarettes fully and dispose of them properly to prevent fire hazards.





🎉 No Parties or Events

We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. If authorities are called to the property for any reason, guests may be asked to leave without a refund.





👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Maximum of 10 Guests

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests — no exceptions. Due to the septic system, no more than 10 people are allowed on the property at any time, including daytime visitors.

👥 Guest Requirements

The primary renter must be at least 22 years old

ID verification is required

The renter must be present at the property for the entire stay





📷 Security Cameras for Your Safety

For your peace of mind and property security, there are two exterior cameras in use:

A Ring Doorbell at the front door

A Ring Floodlight Camera over the driveway

These are set to snooze notifications during your stay and are never used indoors.
