We take every guest concern seriously and strive to provide a five-star experience for everyone who stays in our home. During this reservation, the guests completed a walkthrough with our property manager upon arrival and commented on how beautiful the home was before settling in. Shortly afterward, they contacted us requesting a substantial refund. Rather than debating their concerns, we immediately offered to have our full-time, on-call house manager return to the property to inspect and address every issue they identified. They declined that offer and instead continued requesting a significant financial discount. The guests then chose to leave the property before giving us the opportunity to inspect, verify, or resolve their concerns. They subsequently initiated a chargeback dispute despite our willingness to address any legitimate issues promptly. The property was also left requiring additional cleanup before it could be prepared for our next guests. Our property is professionally maintained, and we remain committed to addressing any legitimate maintenance concerns immediately through our local management team. While we respect every guest’s right to share their experience, we believe this review does not accurately reflect what occurred during this reservation. Our focus has always been and will continue to be providing exceptional hospitality.
