Welcome to the Herrin House at Cape Coal, our fully remodeled, pet friendly home, where you can enjoy our outdoor oasis with all your friends and family or relax in the pool! You have a private entrance with a lovely garden area. We have all the amenities to make your stay luxurious. We are minutes from Fort Myers & Cape Coral where you can enjoy kayaking, boating, shopping, entertainment, waterfront restaurants and more!

Home away from home

My trip was cut short and I checked out early - but I will be back!!!! Aaron and Andy are amazing host and go beyond any standards - if there are any. You will feel right a home and the choices are 'keep to yourself - privacy' or get to your host. The Suite got anything you need and pool / yard area gives you space to relax.

Absolute Paradise

Andrew and Aaron were the perfect hosts. They made sure all our accommodations were met above and beyond expectations. They even fed us amazing meals, several times which was an unexpected bonus! It was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back and most highly recommend. Everything was spotless and stocked. We even had family visit that had a medical emergency and they were kind enough to rent out their camper so they could stay one more night and make it to the hospital to visit the family member. I can say we couldn't have had a better New Years celebration.

Nice place to stay and great experience

Aaron and Andy were extremely welcoming. They gave us great food, much more than expected. We enjoyed that very much. As a family, we had our private, secluded area. We were able to use their large kitchen. So we got into a very good conversation and were able to immerse ourselves a little in their everyday American life. Great experience! The accommodation requires you to be very pet friendly. Two dogs and three cats ran around freely and the garden and lounge area were therefore often dirty. All in all, a nice place to stay and a great experience with the two of them and their pets.

Can I give more than 5 stars ? AMAZING EXPERIENCE

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! By far the best hosts and stay I have ever had! Walking in was like visiting with life long friends. Clear and full instructions on everything including privacy expectations. So friendly and perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you could want to do. Check in was super easy! Complete with charcuterie board and drinks upon arrival!! They when made us dinner and had breakfast every morning available! Our room was stocked with snacks and drinks! Plenty of privacy and good separation from main house! The pool was warm and the kids LOVED it. Early morning and late night swimming the perfect start and ending to each day! We had a bonfire in the back garden which was great to warm up after a late night swim. Hosts even graciously took us on a boat ride. We can't wait to come back!

Happy Travelers

Aaron & Andrew’s hospitality goes above & beyond. They had a beautiful & bountiful charcuterie board filled with wonderful cheeses & mouth-watering fruits waiting for us upon arrival, as well as refreshments, including a beer & glass of wine. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from drinks & snacks also provided in one of our rooms & more in the lanai/pool area, where we were told to help ourselves (our daughter loved the turnovers in the air fryer). The hosts have huge hearts & a true gift for hosting. There is a separate entrance leading from the pool to the rental living quarters that offers great privacy, is very quiet & affords all the comforts of home. The place is decorated thoughtfully with very nice quality, comfortable beds & linens. The pool is wonderful & the perfect temperature to enjoy, overlocking a very charming garden & super hip camper they even offered for our daughter & her friend to enjoy. And, as if all of that wasn’t enough, they also cooked us a full breakfast each morning, even making our eggs to order. As a side note, upon arrival Aaron & Andrew are very “in tune” to assessing the level of privacy their guests desire & accommodate accordingly. You can be completely left alone or choose to socialize with them as little or as much as you’d like. Personally, we found them to be colorful, kind and super fun to be with. Our trip was all the better! So glad we found it! Rest assured, we will be back! God bless, Aaron & Andrew!! 💕

Great hosts, comfortable stay

Aaron and Andy were fantastic. This had to have been one of the best VRBOs I've stayed at. They thought of everything! The apartment was adorable and comfortable. The whole property was great. The fridge was fully stocked. There were also a couple snacks available. They offered us breakfast every morning. They also went above and beyond sharing their things with us and making us comfortable. The conversation and friendliness was also so appreciated. I can't say enough, what a great place and what kind people.
