We provide a rental experience that cannot be matched by a large rental company. Our personal attention to your vacation and needs shines through. After all, this is the same home we use for our own vacation.
Picture this: A cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony as the sun rises over the beach. Your reserved, complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are being set up for you on the beach All you have to do is walk a few steps to the sand to enjoy your reserved spot. Need a break from the sun or lunch? You are only steps away from your beach front accommodations. As the sun finally sets for the day, enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony watching the waves crash. No worries for dinner, as you can walk to several restaurants including the new Tootsies, Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Pizza, Mexican or fast food. No need to hassle with parking or driving in traffic! Finish the night with music with some music at Tootsie's (next door -coming in March) Ms. Newby's, (only a few steps away) or a nightcap at the Summit Tikki Bar. A perfect beach day.

*Bedding includes duvets with covers that are laundered after EACH GUEST!
*No dirty bed spreads that are only cleaned occasionally. It cost us a little more, but it is a detail that we feel is worth it!
*No elevator worries or waiting line, but you still have a great view of the beach and pool.
*We are responsive and quick to reply to any issues that may develop. Your vacation is important to us. We understand the financial commitment you made coming to the beach and we want to make your stay with us a great one.
*When you choose to stay with us you become part of our Chasin Rays family. We are not a large rental company with dozens of units to fill. We are a hard working veteran family sharing our beach vacation home with you. It's not just a rental for us. We use this home for our vacations and understand what makes a difference.
*Chasin Rays is located near the center of the building on the second floor, it's only sixteen easy steps to skip the elevators
*Your rental includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for two, March through October, no more lugging those sandy beach chairs around!
*Two large pools, one of which is HEATED in the cooler months
*High speed internet
*The Tikki Bar is a poolside full-service bar and serves delicious frozen drinks and other beverages
*Large balcony that looks directly out over the pools and the beach. Seasonal sunsets are spectacular.
*Newly renovated elevators (there's four) if you need them. No need to spend your vacation waiting on an elevator. You can easily be at the pool or on the beach within a minute or two
*Recently updated with new paint, appliances, furniture and duvet bedding (laundered after EACH GUEST)
*Electric Fireplace for visually entertainment only (does not provide heat)
*One bedroom with an updated king size bed, two twin size bunks built into the hallway and a new sleeper sofa
*Hallway can be closed off allowing for privacy in the living room
*The bath and a half consist of a vanity adjacent to the master bedroom connected to a tub / shower combination and toilet, with another connecting bathroom that has a sink and toilet
*The baths are configured with doors that allow each section to be separate and allowing the master bedroom to have its own bathroom and the other half bath to be separate for other guests
*Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience as well as an iron and ironing board
*Kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, two outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and game room
*Four TESLA EV chargers onsite -- charge fees apply
*Large grassy area with swings that allow you to find some peace and quiet away from the pools if that is what you are looking for
*Bikini Bob's Bar and Grill, near the hot tubs, provides great drinks and food for a reasonable price, including ice cream
*Summit Market is also on site and is great for picking up last minute items and has a good selection of drinks and snacks
*Rental kiosk is on the beach for additional chairs, jet skis, Banana Boat rides and parasailing
*Walmart is less than one mile away
*Many restaurants within walking distance including, Wendy's, Hershey's Ice Cream and several local owned eateries
*If you like specialty coffees, there is a coffee shop less than Œ mile away
*Park the car and RELAX! Everything you need is close by
HOUSE RULES:
*Maximum occupancy of 5 guests, per PCB city code - PCB VRC# 48646
*No smoking or vaping allowed in the unit
*No pets allowed - No exceptions
*Minimum age to book is 21 (Contact us to discuss if needed).
*We require a photo ID upload of the renter. Names / Date Of Birth of all guests staying at Chasin Rays are also required per PCB HIP Ordinance.
*The Summit Resort charges a one-time fee of $27 upon your arrival for a parking pass and 5 wristbands that must be worn during your stay. This fee is not included in your quote.
*The Summit is a gated and secured resort with 24-hour on-site security.
*Guests must sign the rental agreement that will be sent to you at the time of booking.
*A $300 "Security Hold" (not a charge) must be scheduled for 1 day prior to check in on a credit card at the time of booking.
*Golf Carts / Slingshots are not allowed on The Summit property.
*Parking is limited to one spot on site from Memorial Day through Labor Day
*There is a $49 non refundable cancellation fee for all canceled bookings
*No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc. or their hours of operation. Hours for amenities are set by the Onsite Property Manager and are out of the owners control.
*No refunds will be given due to weather, power blackouts, temporary water disruptions, internet disruptions, or construction at The Summit and adjacent properties.
*Mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature, may allow for refunds or partial refunds at the owners discretion.

WHY DO WE ASK FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT AND $300 SECURITY HOLD??
We ask everyone coming to Chasin Rays to sign a rental agreement with photo ID upload because helps us with our insurance rates and PCB ordinances require it during H.I. periods. We also ask our guests to schedule a $300 "security hold" on a credit card. It is just a hold, not an actual charge and it is scheduled 1 day prior to your arrival. We do this because it helps protect us from theft / intentional damage. The "security hold" is released as soon as our cleaner verifies nothing was stolen or intentionally damaged. We feel this helps keep those who would do such damage from booking with us. These items help us lower our operating costs, that we in turn can pass on to our guests through our rates.

We wanted a place at the beach for our family. This location had everything we were looking for. Easy access to the beach. No need to drive anywhere. Everything we needed was onsite or a short walk away.

We purchased this condo for the personal use of our family and friends. We have decided to share our getaway with a few others when we are not using it. The easy beach access and great location made this condo an easy decision. The sunsets can be truely amazing!

Being located on the second floor has proved to be a great asset. We still have great views of the beach and pools, but we never wait on elevators. While some guests wait for elevators, our guests are on their way making the most of the day or getting quickly back to the room after a long day of fun. It's only about 16 steps to the ground floor.
