Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich in unserem erschwinglichen Ocean Paradise - Sie werden für eine Woche kommen, aber wollen mehr bleiben. Direkt vor Ihrer Terrassentür, nur wenige Schritte entfernt, befindet sich der erste von drei Pools und Whirlpools. Machen Sie es sich in einem der bequemen Liegestühle bequem oder gehen Sie ein wenig weiter zur Brandung und dem Sand an der Playa Costa Azul. Mykonos bietet Tennisplätze, volles Fitness-Studio, endlosen Strandspaß, 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und wunderschön angelegte Anlagen.

Unsere Wohnung ist neu renoviert 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad mit vielen Extras, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Flachbild-TV / DVD mit einer guten Sammlung von Filmen, eine Taschenbuch-Bibliothek, iPod-Stereoanlage, ausgestattete Küche, saubere Bettwäsche und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Wir haben Tennisschläger und Bälle für den Gebrauch, Pool und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder und Erwachsene, Schnorchelausrüstung und mehr.

Unser Haus ist im Erdgeschoss, so einfachen Zugang zu den Pools und Strand ohne den Ärger eines Aufzugs oder Treppen.

In der Nähe von Zippers Strand für anspruchsvolles Surfen; Mieten Sie eine Surf- oder Boogieboard für stundenlangen Spaß im Meer. Beenden Sie den Nachmittag im Zippers Ocean Side Restaurant nur wenige Minuten von Mykonos mit einem kühlen Bier und gutem Essen.

Wonderful place with many amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. We liked all the games and appreciated that there was an extra snorkel set, as we had only brought 4 for our group of 5.We particularly liked this unit being on the first floor end, because of the large deck area. (Upper units don't have connected decks, but 3 instead small decks. The larger deck allowed us to host our extended family for dinner outside, which was a nice perk. Snorkeling at Chileno Bay was our favorite thing, and also walking down the beach to various restaurants in the area. It's about a 30-minute walk to the grocery store, so we walked there and Uber'ed back. Take grocery bags with you (there's plenty in the unit).We spent most of our time just beaching and in the nice pools. We read several books from the collection in the unit. Overall a great choice and seemed like a good value. The property managers also got us a private van from the airport, which made that part super easy for us.

Great location

Condo was perfect for the whole family. Kids love walking out to the pool, and the big patio was enjoyed by all for meals. Major bonus was the amount of beach toys, chairs, etc. Thank you for a great vacation!

We loved our stay at Matt's condo (first time) for our annual visit to Mykonos and SJD. The unit was clean, airy, and really encompassed the Cabo vibe/life. It had everything we needed and excellent patio space and access to the pools. The property manager, Kendra, reached out before, during, and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed not only at the unit but for our stay in general. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

The complex is beautiful and the unit spacious. I would say the owner should take some time to go through cabinets with all the pool and sand toys. All shoved inside and maybe discard all the old things. I also suggest washing all the bedspread linens, the bedspreads need a good clean and it would be nice to have an extra blanket to wrap up with .

Super relaxing!

Our stay was perfect. Being ground level was easy for my elderly parents and there was always a parking spot near the front door. The patio was great to sit out on for our morning coffee. I think there was only two other families who would pop by the pool. Very quiet neighbors above us. Matteo and Kendra were quick to respond to any question we had.

We enjoyed our vacation and some day we’d like to come back.

We liked staying there. As of us the the bathrooms needs to be cleaned better and the bedding can be updated too. The 2nd bedroom needs more space for clothes, the closet needs to be organized better and left empty for the guests,the drawer would be perfect instead of a commode which is full of stuff. Otherwise the apartment is really good and the outside is more than nice!! We are really to come back and invite our friends 💜❣️

This condo was amazing ! Ground level so we can just walk out of any of the 3 sliding doors out to patio that leads to pool and beach . Pools were heated ( Jacuzzi + 1 pool was adult only ) A rental is suggested as taxi rides can get very expensive . The unit had everything we needed , including a blender to make our own pina coladas :) . Washer and dryer was a plus and they had games and movies for the kids. Security was friendly Can't wait to go back !

Overall great stay

The unit was as advertised and located in a great spot within the property. Amazing outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with great views of the ocean. The unit was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Worth noting there are a lot of owners in the complex who had a problem with kids splashing and playing in the pools at times which was a little frustrating considering we were here on spring break and our kids wanted to play freely with other kids. They also don’t allow music speakers by the pool. Other than the annoyance of the local owners we loved our stay at Mykonos. Just be prepare to Uber a lot or rent a car as the few restaurants near by are over priced and not particularly authentic.

My wife, my sister and I ...

My wife, my sister and I enjoyed the luxurious comfort of this beautiful condo in December of last year. The condo itself is very well appointed with all the luxuries of home. Tastefully decorated and updated, you will enjoy its total comfort and easy access to the pools and beach. An ideal ground floor location with a fenced patio makes it very safe for young children (can't wait to take my new grandson when he is a bit older) The resort, pools and beach are kept impeccably, with staff even raking a large portion of beach in front of the resort every other day or so. The pools are pristine and very clean with one being kept at a very cool temp for laps and those hot days for a refreshing dip. The beach is spectacular! Great for walks, running, beach combing or just soaking up the sun. Only strong swimmers should try the ocean,however, but once in it's wonderful. Also, the complex is very secure with an attendant at the gate 24/7 while we were there. A superb time is guaranteed for all!

Where do i start? We get in and not even a few minutes in, a couple of cockroaches start running around. The entire condo needs renos...i have no idea what they renovated a few years ago, but who knows?...i don't want to know the state it was in before the renos. One day i open one cupboard and i'm left with the doorknob in my hand...nothing major, but that doorknob it's just a sign of the state of disrepair this place is in. A few more days pass and we're shaken by a loud noise... one of the rusty metal high chairs just gave and my adult son almost broke his hand falling while eating breakfast. We killed a couple more cockroaches in the meantime. Another rusty piece of metal, who was placed in a high traffic area, fell...nothing major again, but you get the sense. We saw a few other condos in the complex while staying there...what a difference...the only thing that wasn't much different was the price...this condo should be half the price of the other ones.

I’m sorry you did not like our renovation (renos?) but we have never had a guest leave our condo in such a mess of trash and broken furniture/ decor. We had to have a crew there an entire day to clean and fix everything. I’ve kept your damage deposit and will not rent to you again.

Loved our month at Mykonos

Our first trip to Cabo was a big one at a month long, but no regrets staying here at all. I consider myself to be well travelled, having been to Jamaica, Cuba and Hawaii on vacation recently and Cabo stacks up nicely against any of those places. Weather was fantastic all month (mid Jan to mid Feb) and it cools down nicely at night. The ground floor is great for kids (we have a 2.5 yr old and 8 month) and the condo comes with lots of toys and floaties for the kids. The complex is very secure and well maintained. Gym and tennis facilities are more than adequate and we made full use of both. Traffic noise may be an issue for some people, but that pretty much applies to any complex along the corridor. We did not have much of an issue with it...our 8 month old made more noise than the traffic flow. Thankfully the condos are concrete and very sound proof. Mykonos has 2 full size pools, one warm and one cold as well as an adult area and 3 hot tubs. We mostly used the warm pool and the kids can walk right in as it is sloped...very handy for our daughter! The cold pool would probably be more suited to summer when it gets very hot, or a quick dip from the hot tub to cool off. Beach area was vast and beautiful, and almost deserted. Not many locals come by to sell their goods, maybe 2 or 3 in a few hours time? A simple "no gracias" and they move along. We found having a vehicle to be very handy for running back and forth to Mega and Costco, but taxis are cheap and readily available. We walked down the beach to check out the other resorts, and we're glad we stayed at Mykonos. Some of the other resorts were quite busy and noisy, but at Mykonos there were many days we were the only ones in the pool. Most people there were retired and we only saw a few other families over the month, which was fine with us. If you are looking for a safe place with great pools, weather and beach then I would definitely recommend renting from Matt and his family.

We love this resort. The property is as advertised with great communication and responsiveness with property manager. Condo had everything you needed and a very large balcony we enjoyed 😊

Best beach vacation!

Our family was so impressed by the property during our week long vacation. The pool and beach were fantastic and the property manager was in constant contact to make sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend staying at this property during your next trip.

My wife and I have always loved to travel and were usually drawn to places near the ocean. We love Cabo, the people, the food and landscape. We live in Seattle, so we like to get to the sun as much as we can. Our 3 children enjoy the beach as much as we do, so we come down often.

We love the local restaurants, the relaxed setting, the wonderful people of Los Cabos, and all the activities associated with a beach resort area. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, zip line, ATV excursions. You can't ask for more.
