We've stayed at more than half a dozen location in and around Green Valley. This place is perfectly located a short walk from the West Center GVR main pool.

Charming property centrally located.

We stayed three nights in Green Valley and this property was exactly what we needed. My wife kept remarking how charming it was and the entire property was, we thought, perfect. If it was a little warmer we would've enjoyed the pool area. Will definitely be staying here if we can next time.

This is one of the cleanest rentals that we’ve stayed at, and the owners are extremely responsive. The adjustable bed (head/feet can be adjusted, not firmness) and is comfy. The pool, hot tub and grounds are immaculate, and we found the folks friendly. Be aware this unit is right off a four lane highway so if you are from a rural area, it will be loud (not as bad at night though). If you’re from a city, the traffic noise probably won’t bother you. The internet is fast and reliable and there is a nice desk to work at if need be. The A/C worked well and was easy to adjust. We felt this casita was a good value for the money.

cozy and comfy stay

We stayed here for 12 days. Wonderful stay. Shower and lotion products were much appreciated. Also fan in the bedroom and the adjustable bed were primo! Close to everything! Hope to stay here again in the near future.

Lovely space!

Just enough space two. Very clean with everything you need for an extended stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool! Friendly people. I’d stay again.

Host was pleasant and communicative with the property being clean with nice accessories. However, the lighting was awful and the furniture was very uncomfortable. Did not like having bedroom not fully enclosed without a door. Also, the noise from Interstate 19 was so bad it made sleeping difficult. We are very disappointed with VRBO having this property listed as excellent. It needs a total makeover to have such a review.

Great location

Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Steps from the pool and hot tub. every thing at the condo was in working order plenty of supplies. Adjustable bed was very nice

Beautiful little casita!

Casita was perfect for our needs. Convenient location. Very quiet. Comfortable furnishings The host was was very accommodating with our request to check in a few hours ahead of time. She even checked in with me(via VRBO messaging) a few times during our stay to inquire if we needed anything thing else. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Green Valley

We had a great stay in this unit. The neighbors are friendly and the hosts Rebecca and Felix go out of their way to make sure everything is going well. We even added an extra night without any complications. Close to the shopping and groceries. The adjustable bed was great for reading and very cozy. Great shower with lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. This was our second time here and hoping it will be available again in May!

Really nice place but noisy

I love the property, the people and the location except our unit was way too close to the interstate. Very noisy. The courtyard, pool, hot tub and landscaping are beautiful. The unit itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the appliances all worked fine. Even though these condos are a bit older, they are extremely well cared for.

Convenient and comfortable

Overall the property was great. The pool and hot tub was great and the people we met at the pool were all so friendly. My husband & I are 76 years old and the furniture could have been easier for us to get out of…. Very low couch and recliner uncomfortable for us but probably fine with younger folks. Rebecca very prompt in answering messages and helpful and the casita very well stocked.

Most everything was great. The only very small thing I can suggest is to have one or two dresser drawers empty for our clothes. Other than that it was perfect!

Green Valley Casita

From our first contact throughout our stay Rebeca & Felix made it all easy and welcoming. Casita was clean well maintained stocked with all essentials. Midway through our time they contacted us for any shortages. Really made it as seamless as possible. Highly recommend them as VRBO host. Thank You
