Beautiful home with spectacular lake and mountain views!

Charming lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and spectacular 180-degree views from the living room and large private deck and dock. The house sleeps 6 and is in a quiet and safe walkable neighborhood. House is located near a Walmart and Safeway, which is less than a 15 minute drive away.

There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 2 single beds.

The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc.).

Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS - NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check-in is not a problem!

The private backyard is an ideal place to share a bottle of wine or have your morning coffee. Please note, this is a place for private get togethers. It is NOT a party house.

Washer and dryer also provided.

FREE WIFI is available with strong connection. You can easily work from the house.

1 single-person kayak, 1 two-person kayak, and 1 stand-up paddle board is provided with life vests for our guests.

Clear Lake has World Class fishing for Largemouth Bass; Crappie; Bluegill; Also, Sunfish, Channel, Blue and Yellow Catfish. There are 20+ fishing tournaments held each year.
If you feel like a day or afternoon away, discover California’s hidden Wine Country. Lake County has deep roots in wine grape growing with the first vines planted in the 1870’s. Today there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards. Wines from Lake County have recently been featured in Wine Spectator, Decanter and Food and Wine magazines. Take a tour of local wineries without the crowds of Napa and Sonoma before the rest of the world discovers this growing wine region.
