Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the BBQ grill, your morning coffee, doing yoga or gazing at the stars with a glass of wine on the large back deck. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Sedona. The house was very clean and had all the amenities! It is very centrally-located and easy to get anywhere in Sedona; be it Uptown, or the very west side of West Sedona. We ended up walking most places due the amazing scenery! Excellent restaurants, breweries, etc. all over. It’s just a great overall place and we had a blast. Thank you!

Great accomodations and location

Very well appointed on the inside. Easy to get to all major attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.We were also able to do some late night star gazing.We had a great time visiting the area!

Great place to stay in West Sedona

My family and I wanted a comfy place to eat, sleep and relax after a few hikes. This place was perfect because it had the essentials once you arrive but it is conveniently located near many stores so you can easily pick up food to eat out or in. The location was perfect because we were close to many of the well known hikes. I would highly recommend staying at the Coffee Pot!

Perfect Sedona cottage

Beautiful home and the pictures don’t do justice. The home was recently renovated. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all of the amenities you could imagine. Great location - only minutes from the trails. Great communication with the owners. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Sedona Stay

This property was just what the doctor ordered! Two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with every modern convenience, including full size toiletries. The showers are gorgeous! The full size kitchen is a chef's dream, especially the gas stove. It's beautifully decorated and it has excellent pans, pots, plates and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. All appliances are newer, coffee maker is awesome and the host has thought of everything you might need. The gas grill outside is top notch! The entire unit is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. BUT the best part of this property is the host. Incredibly responsive and very kind, and there were so many wonderful details, including a book about the history of the house & the city, restaurant recommendations and more. BEST VRBO experience ever!!

My husband and I are both US Army veterans and meet while serving in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm. This was the very first home that we bought together back in 1996. In 2022 we decided to share our Sedona home with others after we did a complete renovation. We also have two kids in college so if you choose to stay with us you will be helping to pay for their education. Thank you!

Almost every guest comments how clean our home is. Our cleaning team is amazing and when I travel safety and cleanliness are my top priorities. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and we have had the same wonderful neighbors to the West of us for over 25 years. I am also a VERY responsive host so if you need suggestions for things to do or help with anything, I am available if you need me. I am required to be on call as a part of my job and therefore carry my phones 24/7 and have been doing this for over 30 years.

Our home is conveniently located near EVERYTHING and is right below the largest vortex in Sedona if that's something you are looking for. This home is the perfect set up for 2 couples, a group of friends or families as both bedrooms have doors that access the back deck. The lookout above the house is the best place to watch the sunset in Sedona hands down. You can also see Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock from our house. We have plenty of parking and can accommodate a small ATV trailer or small RV. The kitchen has top of the line GE appliances and is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and we have a great BBQ out back that has built in lighting. Our huge deck spans the entire back of the house and is made of Trex decking so no splinters. There is a lot of seating on the deck to include a table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining or gaming. We have a patio umbrella that can be utilized if you need to block the sun. We have 3 Yoga mats in the house for your use as well and the large backyard has 4 Adirondack chairs. A bike rental place is a 5 minute walk from the house and they can be secured in the backyard so you can hit the biking trails at your leisure without any hassle. We also have real cable TV that is easy to operate and the Master Bedroom has a TV that is recessed into a lift stand when not in use and is controlled via a remote. The neighborhood squirrel frequents the trees out front and all of the children who have stayed with us love to watch him play.
