The electric golf carts are a service through Circuit, sponsored from the City of Hollywood, rides cost $2/person within the city limits, if you flag them down on the road, you can ride for free.

Any item that is sent to the hotel and requires delivery to the room can be communicated directly to Reception, please let us know to send them an email.

Refreshing of Linen & Towels will be done automatically on the 5th day of the guests’ stay. Requests for additional room supplies will not be provided except on the 5th day of the guest’s stay.

There is a Laundry Room on the same floor with a washing machine and a dryer to use paying through the application, all the instructions to download and use them are on the wall of this room.

HOUSE RULES
● NO Smoking permitted. Fines of $250.00 or more per incident will be charged of deposit.

● NO noise after 10 pm.
● Must be 21 years old to book.
● NO drinks inside the pool.
● NO children are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.
● Removing, adding, moving or changing furniture without our approval is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach with the exception of those items specifically designed for beach use.

THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED June 3rd, 2024 TO June 14th, 2024
The pool, the jacuzzi, and their surrounding areas will be temporarily closed during that time. Per the contractor, the hotel may be able to reopen the pool and jacuzzi earlier than June 14th if the new material fully dries before that date. In which case, you will receive an update notification informing you when those areas will be reopened.
Other areas of the pool deck will remain open during the flooring upgrade work, so you will be able to enjoy the pool chairs and have a drink and a bite in the Sunset Club.
