The flat is perfectly suitable for both short and long stay. The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen ( include a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, turkish coffee machine and other like pans, glasses, etc. ) and apartment for both winter and summer.

The apartment gets morning sun only and is quite cool in the warmer months. In addition, there are 5 air conditioners in total in each room and kitchen. For the winter months, apart from the air conditioner, heating with natural gas and uninterrupted hot water, 25 mb. Unlimited fiber internet is available. The flat is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the building. You can enjoy the barbecue on the balcony and use the outdoor car park of the building free of charge.

Akra Barut Hotel, Asmani restaurant (inside Akra Barut Hotel) Starbucks, CarrefourSa supermarket, Soho Night Club Antalya, For Fun for children, Erenkus beach, İncir Altı Beach, Yaşam Hospital, Medical Park Hospital 150 mt.
