• Quandary Peak, the 13th Highest Peak in Colorado, is 10 miles away. This hike will take your breath away at 14,265+ ft. Proper planning and hiking education is required

No weddings, receptions, or other types of functions are permitted on property, per very strictly enforced zoning rules.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

This home has exterior security cameras on all entrances for panoramic and security purposes. Cameras are 100% exterior only and may not be tampered with. Access to camera footage is limited to the property owner only.
