Wenn Sie dieses Haus betreten, werden Sie sofort von einer warmen, komfortablen Atmosphäre des gemütlichen Lebens umgeben. Der Außenbereich auf der Veranda lockt die Gäste zu einem gemütlichen Platz und entspannen. Während Sie durch die Eingangstüren gehen, finden Sie ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer, perfekt für die Unterhaltung mit seinem übergroßen Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu acht Personen plus zwei weitere an der Bar und dem großen Flachbild-TV. Eine spektakuläre offene Küche mit hochwertigen Edelstahlgeräten ist ein großartiger Inspirationspunkt für die Herstellung dieser schmackhaften Mahlzeiten.

Jedes Zimmer ist individuell mit Pflege und Sorge für Ihren Komfort ausgelegt. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit TV und ein großes Bad mit einer tiefen Badewanne für diejenigen, die diese privaten Momente zum Entspannen benötigen. Das Queen-Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten sowie ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt viel Platz für Kinder im dritten Schlafzimmer, das zwei Doppelkojen mit einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer enthält. Ein Queen-Schlafsofa befindet sich ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer.

Such a relaxing and well decorated place to spend the week. The Porch swing was a favorite hang out! All beds were extremely comfortable. Will rent again!

Spring Break 2020

What a great trip we had. In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, we felt we were in a safe oasis! The house was very clean and the staff was very responsive.

Perfect location if traveling with kids!

We just got home from a great family trip to Watercolor. The house is just a block from the kid’s area of the resort so location was perfect! House was clean! They let us check in early which was so nice. We will be back!

I could live here!

We had a great family gathering, 2 -little ones, 2 -4 legged ones and 2 teens and a few adults, this House was perfect, very CLEAN, in a great location for us, loved the screen porch, loved it so much would like to build this house for myself!! Never said that before and I have rented 20 plus houses with VRBO.

Summer 2021

We picked this property because it was a one story option. Because we had small children with us we thought this would make the stay more enjoyable. This house is perfect for families with small children. There are not alot of "breakables" to worry about. It is comfortable, well stocked and ample room.

AMAZING

We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! Watercolor is our happy place and we can't wait to return and create more memories and 37 Red Cedar Way is the perfect house for us!

Amazing, well kept home!

We had a wonderful stay at The Sunny Side. We particularly loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our little guy. We loved everything about the house - it has a very warm and inviting feel, and it doesn't get much better than the location with the new Watercolor Camp pool going in (note it is under renovation currently). We will definitely be be back! Pro top: there are no basic items stocked such as olive oil, butter, etc. So if you are going to be cooking, I recommend you stock your own essentials !

Perfect spot for family getaway

Our week in Watercolor before our college kids headed back to school was lovely. The house was perfect for us and we loved having bicycles to use. We needed a lightbulb and Connie arranged for it to be delivered to us. The only thing I would change would be an upgrade to technology. We would have loved to play some music or had access to a smart tv.

Sanders always is pleasent and easy to work with.

Beautiful home and with all supplies needed for cooking for large family. This is my second year staying with Sanders and I receive excellent costumer service, Jennifer and Connie are the best. Thanks to Sanders again for a wonderful Spring Break 2018. I only wish a golf chart came with the home, I was shocked to see how much they rented for per day...$ 150 was my quote. Alicia Jackson

Ok location in a well used house.

We had a good time but the furniture is wobbly and well used. Not a single sturdy chair. Moreover, there was a raccoon family nest under the house or in the wall, we could not tell, and there were weird animal sounds coming through the wall in the bathroom. We will not be coming back.

Great Fall Break!

Our family had an INCREDIBLE week in Watercolor thanks to “The Sunny Side” and Sanders Beach Rental! The location was great – just one turn off of Western Lake Drive in Watercolor and walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is always a big hit with our kids. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing and big dining room table had room for all of us, plus puzzles and games. Beach access is easy through the pools and beach club and the milkshake counter was a nice addition to the pool area. Bikes were all in great shape and Sanders Beach Rental made it super easy to add a bike for our youngest. All around, a great stay in a very nice, well-maintained and like-new home – thank you for a much-needed fall break getaway!

Great home and a great location

The home was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. You could easily fit a second family in the house as well. The location is great and safe for the kids to be on the bikes on the street. The location near Camp Watercolor (kids pool) was perfect as well. I'd 100% recommend staying here!

Water Color

Beautiful home. Great area. Priscilla great to work with. Just be aware that if you go in the winter months not all the Water Color amenities may be available due to renovations, repair etc.

We are all so thrilled that you enjoyed the beautiful home and great location! All Watercolor pools and beach club are available in the winter months and renovations at the Watercolor Fitness Center are now completed. However, we are so sorry it was temporarily closed during your stay.
