Get away with your family and friends to Beach Lake Lodge! Nestled in the surrounding pines of Castle Rock Lake and located on your own private sandy beach, our home offers a place to unwind where you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Western facing patio allows for a full day of sunshine and spectacular sunset views.
The space
Our home is a new construction with walk out basement to Beach Lake.
Beach Lake is a private, sand bottom, spring fed lake where you can enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. No large motor boats allowed.

Main Floor:
Our main floor has an open floor plan and western views of Beach Lake. A fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 5. Sizable pantry for storage. Refrigerator/freezer, electric oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave.
Dining table seating for 8. Family room has sofa, love seat and 65" smart TV. Additional sitting area on main level includes 2 chairs and futon. Alexa speaker in family room.
A large deck off the main level has a gas grill, an outdoor seating area, lounge chairs with cushions and dining table for 6.

Master Bedroom has King bed with 2 side tables and dresser. 55" Smart Tv and western views of the lake. Private master bath with 2 sinks and shower.

Bedroom 2 has queen bed, dresser and side table. Western views of lake.

Bedroom 3 has queen bed and side table with chair. Black out curtains.

Full bath upstairs with shower off family room in hall near bedroom 2 & 3.

On the Lower level:

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with dresser. Western lake views with black out curtains.

Bedroom 5 has 2 queen beds and 2 twin bunk beds with 2 dressers.

Full bathroom with tub.

Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Pool table with ping pong topper. Dart board, Shuffle board, poker table with bumper pool game, and optional flat table topper for game table. Sectional sofa and 75" smart tv. Alexa speaker.

Lower level walks out to beach and lake access.
Outdoor hose with sprayer to wash off sandy feet.
3 lounge chairs with cushions.
upper deck provides shady area in the afternoon.
Picnic table
8 Adirondack chairs.
Sand and water table for small kids.
Outdoor games for use: corn hole, can jam, Kayak, paddle board

The house is fully accessible to the guests, with the exception of a housekeepers and owners closet.
Other things to note
No fireworks are permitted on the property.
All fire pit fires must be fully extinguished after use.
